This is the 4th time I have gone to this Mc Donalds because it’s the closest to my house and I’ve been wanting apple pies and the employees always say«they are not ready yet» all the time!!! I’m very disappointed!!! :(

Never in my life have i experience such a rude person in drive-in. We went thur drive-in a few Saturdays ago. We ordered drinks, once we got the 1st window we provide the cashier our money & she closed the window right away. My husband than asked her if we could get one’s she advised us that her drawer was already closed & she cant open it. Since there was a line of vehicle’s behind we moved to the next window. We got our drinks and asked the guy at the window if we could get one’s from a $ 5 dollar bill. He turned around and asked someone & they advised«NO’. He told us no. So my husband than order a mac double. In order to get change. but to our surprise that guys was in a rush to get us out of the way, that he ended up dropping our change in the gound and also our burger. My husband than of coarse get upset moved a bit forward in order to put the order and money. Poor young guy did not know what to do. My husband went inside and asked for another burger since it had fell on the ground. The person infront looked at the burger and said there is nothing wrong with the burger. My husband asked her are«Are you for real?». She just looked at him puzzled. So we left since we did not want to be late for our appointment in Austin. I just want to express my experience with this Mcdonald. Now this is not the 1st time that we get bad service. I truely believer that they need a better Store manger that can train his shift mangers and than the rest of the their employees. I dont’ blame the young guy in the window after all, he looked like he was being trained, but the other person getting his orders what the one pushing him to hurry up. I only wish we would have gotten there names to write in the Unilocal review. PS. this place is never clean. I live in Buda, but go to the walmart or kyle’s Mcdonald.

If it were possible to give less than one star for this I would. I went in there at 10:30pm on my way through Buda going home for the night and thought it would be quicker than going to one in Austin. Well, I was wrong! It took ten mins to get to the window with one car behind me and two in front of me. Then when I got my food it was wrong! I’m sorry, but it’s fast food. I don’t eat fast food that often, but it is not that difficult to give someone a #1 with a drink. But, yet I still had to go inside and correct my order. But, when I went inside I apparently ordered my food wrong according to the night manager, because I ordered a #1 with a dr. pepper it was not the meal. I had to order it as a #1meal with a dr. pepper… I’m sorry but when did ordering fast good become rocket science? If I just wanted the sandwich I would have said I just wanted the sandwich! So, needless to say, I was wrong and god my mines back. If you are driving down i35 and want to stop at a Mcdonalds, keep driving to Austin, there is much better service and quicker at that!

This place is the worst please do not go here. I came before the remodel and it was so so. But after they re-opened I came in there 2 times customer service is so horrible here. No one speaks English they always F up my order not once but twice! I’m not the only one they were messing up everyone’s order in line. Plus they take forever! A note to the owner hire someone with at least a GED and offer some dam ESL classes! I will go to Walmart or the other location in Kyle if I want some McDonald’s!

This McDonald’s sucks. As another reviewer wrote, they always change staff and most of the time they barely speak English. I went there on a Sunday morning @ 10:55am thinking breakfast is over at 10:30am since that’s how it’s always been since the beginning of time. I order my early lunch and the lady can barely tell me they serve breakfast until 11. Uhhhh what??? I ask her«since when?» … no reply. I ask again, and again… And again! Still no reply. Finally I said«Hello???» She answered«yes?» I asked her again she said its the weekend. Uh ok. So I ask«so what am I supposed to wait here for 5 minutes?». by then it was closer to 3 minutes. She said«yes»… Ok peace out. I drove off thoroughly disgusted. I didn’t need your crappy food anyways, mcnasties!

Staff changes all the time at this restaurant. Sometimes the drive through help can’t speak/understand English… since it is their second language. I wish they’d pay the hired help more and keep some good«citizens» working here. Then, I’d do more business with them.

This is a little bit embarrassing, but I need to come clean. I realize I may be damaging my credibility, but here goes… All Mc Donald’s are the same. It is for exactly that reason that I give them 4 stars. I only get a few items here, but they are always good. Every. Single. Time. And at every Mc Donalds. It doesn’t matter where. That’s part of the beauty. For full disclosure, I had a birthday party at a McDonald’s when I was 8 or 9. They use to host these things back in the day. I thought I was the big deal. Orange soda, fries, Hamburger Happy Meal and prizes and such. It pretty much sealed my fate. Free ice cream for all of the birthday party guests. My friends thought I was the bomb… Here is a rundown of what I get and why I think it is even worthwhile to Unilocal about: –The jalapenos. Simple the best is the industry. Especially when you bite the end off and drizzle it onto a Filet-o-Fish… –The Filet-o-Fish. I know. I am ruining my street cred. But sometimes the call is irresistible. Especially when you douse the thing in jalapeño juice. –The dollar double meat double cheese. Super salty, greasy and fake cheesy. In other words, everything you ever wanted… Especially when you douse the thing in jalapeño juice. –The fries. Usually these are the best and the most consistent in fast food land. –The coffee. Pretty damn good for a restaurant, and exceptional for a fast food joint. Always the go to place for coffee when in a small town. –The pies. Cherry used to be my fave, but I had one this morning, and I think I like the Apple better now. –The dollar Sausage Mc Muffin. Just sausage and an English Muffin. I think they have the best fast-food sausage. And for a buck? Why not? –Every so often, I get a craving for the Big Mac. Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun! –And who could forget the McRib! So full of fake pork flavor, covered in BBQ sauce and accompanied by onions and pickles. Really good and really gross, all at the same time. All things considered, they probably rate three stars, but they get that extra star for nostalgia and for chain-wide consistency. I’m lovin’ it. Come on. You know you love them too…
