Americas Best Value Inn

Terrible. Noise complaint within moments of arriving. Cannot turn on the tv or hold a conversation without mr. manager calling and accusing us of having extra guests and threatening to toss us out. Im still not sure what exactly caused the complaint.
Bonus, I always check the under the mattress for the boogeyman. No boogeyman, but a lot of garbage and nasty stuff underneath. Enjoy.
Pro Tip: If no hotels are available but this one, sleep in car.

These pictures are very misleading. Pool is padlocked and dirty in late march when temps were in the 80’s. If you need to ask any ?‘s the management goes crazy & gets defensive, screams, & gets belligerent. A Loud honking truck stop is next door. Terrible place to stay, old, ugly, rude, management. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this dump. I left after 3o mins when manager went nuts after asking him to un-​lock the pool they advertise on-​line. I took a picture of pool and he yelled «who are you sending that picture to?» Told me he would refund my money and I could go across the street. YEA! My prayers were answered, packed and left as fast as I could. Hampton across the freeway was fabulous with a beautiful pool and fitness center & very professional. Austin Hotels were very full this past week-​end due to track competitions, 1020 race & weddings. Never will I book a hotel on-​line again, unless it is a major chain. If the hotels are sold out on-​line in Austin I will keep driving until I find one in San Marcus.

If I could give no stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I booked this room for two nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. I called down to the front desk to ask if I could grab some extra pillows. The room had two queen beds and only two very thin pillows per bed. The lady on the line accused me of having extra people in the room and assured me that I had plenty of pillows already. I’m not really sure who she is to tell me how many pillows is enough. Also, the condescending attitude was unnecessary. She stated that she could only give me one pillow because she thought I had enough. It’s just pillows, really lady?
The water went cold in the shower after ten minutes and my wash rags had brown stains on them.
Zero stars.

Wow, I don’t know where to start with this review. I guess I’ve never had a WASHER AND DRYER in my motel room before. The toilet paper was only one step up from sand paper, there was moldy caulking in the shower. The whole place reeked of a thousand sweaty, stinky feet. The ONLY thing this room had going for it was the A/​C (no rattling like our room at Winstar hotel that kept me up all night) and the big HD television hanging on the wall. If this room had been $ 50 I guess it would have been a «Best Value» but for $ 100 (with tax and a $ 10 dog fee)?? NO WAY. If we didn’t have our dog with us we would have checked out in a hurry and checked into a nice hotel down the highway.
