Really great customer service. I hate it when people try to push me into something I just don’t want. The guy that helped me buy my new iPhone 6 Plus didn’t push me to buy anything I didn’t want. He asked, of course, but once I said«no» he moved on and didn’t harp on the issue. I really appreciate that. He made the process very simple.

I don’t see how you could expect better service than what Robert did for us. So my Android was ran over by a cab in New York City. That really sucked cause when you wanna check into all of the cool places you visit are down to just your wife’s phone and she wants to use it constantly, well. A couple on travel needs two phones! Robert took the time to help me pick a new Android, service plan, etc. Found out a way to actually lower our bill and get a $ 50 American Express Serve card at the same time. Robert knows ATT and the extent that he went to was remarkable. Very happy with my new LG980. This store is always very busy but they have a large staff. They open the door for you and everyone is pleasant. It’s actually fun having to go by here. Other businesses could learn by the example of this crew.

I have camped out for many iPhones here at this store and the staff here are AWESOME! They are inviting, as well as knowledgable, and might I add quite«user-friendly.»

I went here several days in a row because we were figuring out an employer discount and had nothing but great service by extremely helpful people. Obviously not everyone is going to be helpful all the time but my experiences were great.

I went to the Briarcrest AT&T Wireless store late last fall to look at and try several of their display models. I was close by anyway, and the Rock Prairie store didn’t have batteries in many of their display models. As soon as I walked in, I realized there was a gauntlet of sales staff I would have to dodge. Doh!, one of them sprung upon me from a lectern, like the reservation desk at a snooty restaurant, and tenaciously clung to me until I firmly reiterateded that I was just looking. This creepy guy kept eyeballing me between ambushing other customers. Two other salespeople swooped in while I inspected the display phones. I hate pushy sales tactics, so I dialed the last number dialed on every display phone within reach & switched them to speaker. I don’t know who I dialed, or even if they really connected(did they have SIM cards?), and if it weren’t unbearable having to dodge these jackals any longer, I might have found out, and maybe used the phones to call one another along the entire display! Avoid this experience. Buy your phone online, and if you must try a phone before buying, go to a different location, or Radio Shack.
