Stopped in for open invitation ribbon cutting ceremony. Sampled several cakes and pastry. They were all very good but cakes are not really my thing. They serve breakfast and the menu looked great. They do some lunch soups, quiche, and a few other items. I took home a wedding soup for me, and a carrot ginger for my wife. She hasn’t eaten hers yet but the wedding soup was great. Also grabbed two chicken pot pies, and baked in my oven. I licked my tin clean. Excellent crust, really savory filling. Mmmmmmmm. I love finding good take out and this was great. Will definitely return, the quiches looked awesome. I might just have to try a pastry, while I’m there!

(don’t judge a book by its cover — guilty) surprised how good homemade pastries are and you know, just the right amount of sweet. cheesecakes and mini-pies are posolutely(yes that’s a word) eatable alternatives to Wild Oats Bakery.

Really kind service and Good prices and yummy food. I don’t know why they got previously bad reviews, but maybe they took the criticisms and changed for the better. They did just open within the year so maybe just growing pains

This is a super cute bakery, with a lot of obviously homemade pastry options. The service was pretty slow… they weren’t impolite, just not overly quick to help a customer. My husband and I tried a peanut butter cookie(soft and slightly chewy — good flavor), a cinnamon sugar doughnut muffin(this was quite good — a nice mix of spice) and a yellow cupcake with chocolate frosting. The cake was super moist, although it tasted like out of a box(it was still really good) and the frosting was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary. They have all kinds of other cookie flavors, cakes, muffins, canolli and cream horns. I’m sure I’ll definitely try this place again in the future.

This Bakery includes a breakfast and lunch Café, this review is of the Café. Café menu contains only about 20 items, but menu items have variations to fit individual tastes, and Gluten Free Bread is available. We enjoyed a Grilled Cheese Sandwich and a Rise & Shine Breakfast – 2 eggs with hash brown potatoes and sausage and a choice of toast or muffin(the blackberry muffin was outstanding). You order and pay at the counter and wait at a table or booth for your meal to be served. Staff are very attentive. The VALUE is almost unbelievable; the highest priced item is $ 7.50 and the highest priced breakfast is $ 6.00! WOW!

A very good friend of mine recently purchased a birthday cake for me from Bun Bun. I think that had the cake been any good at all, perhaps the $ 54 price tag would have been palatable; unfortunately, that was not the case. The bottom of the cake was soggy, the strawberry filling bled into the cake layers so the center was soggy as well; the frosting was not what had been requested. She was quoted $ 38 and charged $ 54. A refund would have been the smart thing to do because at that everyone who was at the party might give Bun Bun a shot, but since that did not happen either. .. the coupon that was offered to her just was not going to make things better.

I’ve been in the shop once and I’ve had a canoli and had cinnamon rolls as take and bake. Not only have I had better bakery items from Hannaford, the prices are absolutely outrageous. 6 take and bake cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing for $ 18 plus tax and a small canoli for $ 3.24. TL;DR version: overpriced and poorly made, I won’t be going back. The canolis shells are«ready to fill» and are taken to the back to be filled and dipped in chocolate chips. Once in the take out container, the canoli filling poured out of the shell, clearly not cold enough to hold its shape. I put it in the fridge at home and the filling stiffened up, which causes me to think they don’t have proper refrigeration onsite. For someone who has never had a canoli they might taste okay, but there was no flavor and the shells tasted store bought. Cinnamon rolls were okay quality, but there is no way they should be almost twenty dollars. One of the rolls was even half the height of the others. They looked good coming out of the oven, but pretty much the only taste was dough, there was very little cinnamon to it. The cream cheese icing was one I the better ones I’ve had, but it needed to be mixed more as the consistency was chunky. The really nasty part– I found a hair in the icing container. Where it was, the only way it got there was during packaging. They had a few other cakes and bars that looked good, but with the experience I’ve had, I won’t be headed back.

This is a great, homey place for homemade treats as well as breakfast and lunch! Not to be missed are cinnamon donuts which are large and baked in a muffin tin. Peanut butter cookies and molasses cookies are a specialty. I love the quiche and soups that change daily. There are comfy places to sit and eat and owner, Laurie is always there for a nice chat or to answer any questions. Check out this place!
