At Last...Salon & Day Spa

Myself, 2 bridesmaids, and mom came here for wedding hair and make-​up and couldn’t have been happier with the results. I was a little nervous as we were traveling from NY so we never had any trials but we all loved our looks and enjoyed the time we spent in this cute, quaint, relaxing salon. It was the perfect start to a perfect day.

Love this salon! Very relaxing atmosphere and personable stylists. Jessie made me feel very comfortable and gave me a great hair cut. She had helpful tips on what I should do for my color as well. Definitely worth a visit to see Jessie when you are in Brunswick!

I love this salon!!! Jessie takes great care of me and my hair has never been healthier — all the ladies make you feel comfortable and I love this place!!!

My bridal party and I came to see Denise, Jessie, and Lori for our hair and makeup! We left looking gorgeous and received so many compliments on our hair and makeup. We also had a super fun time hanging out in the salon while we were all getting ready.
Lori was also a superstar about helping me to sort out payment and being so accommodating when one person in our party wanted to add a service at the last minute. Thank you ladies!

My friend and I went last week for haircuts with Jessie.
She is wonderful.
Very patient with us as we weren’t sure what we wanted or how much length to cut…
She offered us helpful information on how to keep our hair healthy and gave us a tour of the spa when we were done…
We spent a perfectly delightful morning at At Last and came out looking and feeling great.
We will be back soon for more services.

I got my hair cut here last winter. I wasn’t going to write a review on here because I don’t like to give negative or mediocre reviews unless I really care. Prior to my visit I had very long hair. I went in for a long bob (medium length) and brought a picture. So I think I am not the only person who believes a bob is shorter in the back and longer in the front. apparently the stylist at At Last doesn’t think that. I left the salon with a short blunt hair cut that went straight around my entire head. When she asked what I wanted her to do with the front I awkwardly said I had hopped it would have been longer in the front and shorter in the back. like a bob. She responded with «well you should have told me that at the beginning» and that she didn’t think she had time to fix it. I was so upset (and I think she noticed. I almost cried in the chair) she hurriedly said she had had a cancellation and she could fix my hair. I didn’t want her to touch it anymore so I left and burst into tears in my car and cried over the ugly, childish haircut I had gotten (I’m 24 years old and anyone who is in their twenties does NOT want to look like a child.).
It is now the summer time and I am still upset over my haircut and am looking for a more experienced salon to give me what I asked for.
Prior to this I had received a great haircut here from a different woman but I don’t think she works there anymore (when I made the appointment I remember not seeing her as a stylist)
If you get your hair cut here you’d best keep a watchful eye the entire time. shame because Brunswick needs a talented salon that you can relax at and let the professionals do their job and come out look fabulous.

Great salon! Booked them for my wedding and couldn’t have been more blessed. We had two stylists for four ladies and they did impeccable work. Everyone’s hair was lovely, including my mother who has extremely long hair. They did her hair in a beautiful French twist! They were extremely warm and talented. Highly recommended!

I was visiting in the area and needed a haircut. At Last was recommended by several friends so I made an appointment. Jessie did a fine job; I will go back when I am in this area.

If you’re looking for a great manicure/​pedicure/​facial or massage, go see Lori! Lori has been doing my pedicures monthly for about 5 years now. Attention to detail, cleanliness and a great massage are just a few of the reasons I won’t go anywhere else! I should clarify, I’m in the same industry and am familiar with what it takes to keep standards this high. :)
