Their hours posted online and even on the door say open at 10am on Subday. However, I arrive at 10:20 to find the doors locked. The employee then comes to the door and says they open at 11. But everywhere else says 10am. Please be consistent with your hours. Her response was very rude and didn’t make sense when questioned about the open time consistency.

It is very hectic in there during Sun Tan City Free Tan Week, but the ladies are doing a fantastic job of taking their time with each guest and giving their clients the customer service each deserves, despite the huge amount of business during free tan week! Morganne was very helpful!
