Reality Nails

My eyebrows have never looked better! I won’t go anywhere else for my brows now. Very sanitary. I’ve only had a mani-​pedi done here once, but the gel manicure lasted over a month. I was impressed. I will come back for more nail service. Also, the first time I came in with my Daughter the weather was really bad and the owner had closed early just before we got there. We walked up just as she was walking out and told us that she would stay to wax us. She was SO NICE!!! We loved her and she was definitely the reason we come back.

I have come here more than once, every other time was amazing. They’re usually so nice and always worry about what I need and want. This time was a whole different story.
I was a walk in at 12. No one was in the salon except one lady who I could tell was not a client. She was telling a story to Linda. As I walk in I was looked at with rude looks like I was interrupting their story. Then when I was asked what I wanted I showed her and she began working. Not even two seconds after she started on my nails. I was ignored. They continued their story as if I wasn’t there. So I played on my phone trying to ignore them also. A few moments later my fingers are burning, she hadn’t been paying attention and had left the metal drill on my nail for way to long and when I would pull my hand away in pain she would stop and look at me like I was disturbing her, and continued to work. Later then she continued to work on my nails and cut me more than once on multiple fingers. As I was already annoyed I was even more annoyed when she tried to convince me to change the design I wanted. I wanted a simple pink and white rebase with my ring fingers zebra striped. After being asked twice if I wanted this ugly bright neon design that «was more age appropriate» I declined the same time everytime. No. I would like my zebra stripe please. She then asked 4 times if I wanted it on just the white, or my whole nail. I first responded with the whole finger. Then she continued to ask because she was to focused on her conversation to remember what I had said. Then when Linda started to do the zebra design her friend was breathing down my neck watching and pointing out every flaw. When she was done my pink and white had brown dirt specks in them, they were clumpy and way longer than I asked for. Already frustrated I just wanted to leave. So I gave my card and signed my receipt with no tip. (Do you blame me?) and that’s when her friend looked at me and said «No tip?»
I’m sorry, what?! No. I’m not tipping someone who burnt my fingers, ignored me, and didn’t give me what I asked for. And not to mention the dirt in my white tips. No. You don’t get a tip.

Never again!!! This lady hurt me several times, made me bleed and took forever. I asked for more pink and less white which she didn’t do, so now I have these thick white tips with short pink nail bed. Worst. Full. Set. Ever.

I went into reality nails to get a shellac manicure. My manicure lasted 4 days. Returned a second time to get them redone. The lady was very rude, and now this morning my nails on both my hands and feet are sore. Hit water hurts, and they are sensitive to touch. I don’t recommend reality nails to anyone.

Terrible!!! I’m from Arizona and I was visiting Colorado for the holidays. My dad made an appointment here for 4pm on a Monday for my sister and I to get full sets and for me to get an eyebrow wax. We arrived at 4 and there was only one older woman working. She started on my sister and stopped halfway to do my eyebrows. She took almost 20 minutes just to do my eyebrows and when I got home, I still had to fix mistakes and strays. After finishing my waxing she began the painting on my sisters nails. She got a simple white paint with sparkles on the top. It looked AWFUL. Paint everywhere, chunky, just awful. She finally finished on my sisters and began on mine, about 10 minutes into starting mine, a women needing a color change walked in and the nail lady took her in front of me. She began on me again after finishing the lady that walked in. At 6 o’clock, a girl who had called and made the appointment while my sister and I were there, came in. At about 6:05, the woman stopped doing my nails and took her to do her waxing. She took at least 15 minutes. We were expected for dinner by 6 and were 20 minutes from home. By the time she began on my nails again, I had to leave. I have incomplete nails and they are nowhere near what I asked. After all this, the nail lady tried to charge us 93 dollars for a shitty job and incomplete nails. NEVER GO HERE!!!
