When you want your fix of Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai May Wah has it. The food isn’t anything great but it gets you what you’re craving. Their Vietnamese Egg Rolls Wrap were okay but I was disappointed when they didn’t give me any mint. They only give you lettuce and cilantro. It’s also $ 6.95 because there’s hardly any competition in Boulder to lower their prices. I’m so used to $ 4.95-$ 5.00 so when they don’t give me mint, I get a little upset. Their Lemongrass Chicken was okay. I personally like the grilled version better.

We order from May Wah when I want Vietnamese and my hubby wants Chinese. They also have Thai but we haven’t sampled that yet. I usually have the vermicelli bowl with pork or chicken and egg roll. The flavor is good but lacks the authenticity that you get at some of the Phở places. The fish sauce is tangy but not too hot so I add red pepper flakes myself. Hubby gets sweet and sour something and crab and cream cheese filled won tons. The sweet and sour sauce is pretty tasty but needs a little salt. The wontons have plenty of crab. The main reason for the 3 star is their delivery is very hit or miss. They often forget the dipping sauce for the won tons and once even forgot the rice. When we called them to have them bring us rice, they told us we were wrong and to look in the bag again. Trust me, I can tell what a rice box looks like and it wasn’t in there. Just bring me my dang rice!
