Every time I see this truck I HAVE to get the eggrolls! They are so delicious! Flaky, light, and served with a sweet chili sauce, I cannot get enough! Their flatbread is also delicious for their sandwiches, and made fresh every day. Highly recommend!

I have to be honest, I saw this food truck at Civic Center Eats several times but had no idea what a Chinese Sandwich was, so I kind of just bypassed it. However, today in a search to find something different from the standard fare I thought I would go check out their menu. I ordered the Donnie which consists of(grilled teriyaki chicken, pickled cabbage, pickled daikon, carrots, cucumber & cilantro) on the sesame flat bread(you can opt for brown rice if you want it more in a bowl). The flatbread is crispy and it is stuffed with all the ingredients above. The chicken is nice big pieces and they don’t skimp on the veggies. I must say it is a messy sandwich, but worth it! You definitely will need to eat it over the paper bowl they give you. Still, a little messy is worth the great flavors and fresh tastes. And for $ 7, I found it to be more than filling dish! I really loved it and will be sure to be back!

I stumbled upon The Sesame Seed food truck at Civic Center Eats in Denver. I had the Bruce on Sesame Seed flatbread. The flatbread is flaky and somewhat crunchy; the beef was great(clearly slow-cooked), as was the soybean sauce. I’d say the sandwich could have used a bit more vegetables(green onion, carrots and cucumber), but still quite good overall. So good, in fact, that a man snatched the final third of my sandwich(with an expertly timed behind-my-back approach) before I could finish it.

I went to the twin peaks mall on saturday, where they have food trucks out there from 5pm — 8pm. I tried the Korean BBQ with fermented cabbage, and a side order of egg rolls(3). The bbq was very good and with a healthy order of veggies makes this a good meal and I won’t feel guilty about. I was disappointed in the egg rolls, they are the small fried version with hardly anything inside of them. I think I might have seen specs of carrots but that’s about it.
