This review is for the actual store, located upstairs near Dick’s Sporting Goods. I’ve been getting my brows threaded for the past 8 or so years in CA. I’m not especially picky about who does them, as long as they come out looking decent. I came here on a quiet weeknight and there was one lady doing threading. I didn’t catch her name but we chatted and she mentioned she was from Nepal. She did a very nice job on my brows, and they still look nice over a week later. Eyebrow threading is $ 12, a bit steeper than back in CA, but still worth it for me. If you’re really particular about what you want, I recommend telling your threader up front so you’re not disappointed.

My first time having this done. I walked up, she immediately ushered me to sit in the chair and began threading my eye brows. They looked the same when she was finished only thinner all around. She did not ask me what I wanted. As a «professional» I figured she knew. It was like sitting in a hair salon and the beautician does whatever she wants with YOUR hair. I have no lip hair at all. She made sure to ask me if I wanted that service. I paid,(No tip) and quickly walked away. also you can not post reviews from a cell phone to this location.

Felt very awkward going into this place being a male and all. But after many conversations with my female friends, something had to be done with the bushy eyebrows of mine. I honestly really didn’t know what the big deal was with cleaning up my eyebrows were, until I had them threaded and shaped. It made my entire face look so different! At first it had to take awhile to get used to… I had a habit of grabbing at my eyebrows every now and then, but no more! Also, being an active person working out everyday the sweat doesn’t catch in my eyebrows anymore! hahah! I was amazed by the attention I got from the ladies at the party I went to right after getting them done. My friend noticed it instantly and I didn’t tell anyone I was getting my eyebrows done. So it was a huge positive for me and it made me feel a whole lot better, because I was unsure of the new look with them. Another friend had a saying, «Your life is on point!» Referring to having your eyebrows cleaned up. I kind of like the saying. Now I plan to keep them groomed just like my hair! Great job by the ladies that work here!

The place is in the middle of the mall near Dicks. I’ve been three times, first two times were great. Recently went in on a Monday. They lady took way too much off when I asked to just have them cleaned up. It hurt more than usual and took longer than usual. Maybe she was new? Later that day, little blood spots had turned up in three different places and stuck around for a couple of days. I’ve never had this happen and needless to say I wasn’t happy with the experience. I would call and complain if it wasn’t just a kiosk…

Went to the one by Dicks Sporting Goods… I asked her not to make them thinner because I liked the size I had and she thinned my left eyebrow out. It sucks that it’s thinner than the right and it also has a few holes she added. 2 stars because my left one came out perfectly. Also, God forbid you try to converse with them… the lady was quite unpleasant. I will be looking for another place to thread my eyebrows.

This review is for the location at the Southwest Mall, Littleton CO: I will not go back. The lady who was doing my eyebrows was downright rude to me. Poor customer service, she kept complaining about how my eyebrows were hard to do and like a mans! Then she worked angrily and I got a minor cut above my L eye. She was also interrupted twice by a friend who dropped off some gifts/goodies for her and she just walked away from me. I will not be going back. She kept telling me how my eyebrows need to be thinner and that it wouldn’t look good the way I was requesting it. «It should not be like that. It won’t be good. Your eyebrows have holes in them, they are hard to work with…» On and on. I DONOT recommend this place: Southwest Plaza Mall, Littleton CO.

It is a bit awkward getting your eyebrows threaded in the middle of the mall at a kiosk, but desperate times call for desperate measures. I specifically asked them not to make my eyebrows thinner but in the end they were much thinner than before. I am used to paying $ 5 to get my eyebrows threaded back in Chicago and so $ 12 for something that isn’t even what I wanted seems crazy. I’m better off trying to find another place.

They have a kiosk near the Macy’s and they have a salon near Dick’s sporting. When they started they just had the one Kiosk near Macy’s. I like the threading specialists at the salon. They are very pro, ask you how want the eyebrows shaped and do it exactly like you specified. I am always pleased with the way my eyebrows look after I get them done here. If you are new to threading I would suggest you ask for Binita. she is the most talented one out there.

This must be a new location at the flatirons crossing mall, because I had to add it. This place is just a kiosk in the middle of the mall. so here I am, getting my whole face threaded, for all to see. The lady was very slow, it was really painful(it usually isn’t) and she missed several patches and spots. I won’t go back. Please wish I find a good threader in this city, or I’m moving home to Las Vegas!
