The first order I ever made through them, never came. After waiting for a week, I ended up canceling and ordering through someone else.
I should have learned my lesson the first time, instead I made two more orders after they sent me a coupon in the mail. First off, the discount they promised me was never applied. Second, My orders never arrived. I was forced to call them a number of times and once was even told my order was out for delivery and I should receive it that day, which was total misinformation.
I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. The only positive thing I can say is that their customer service is nice and easy to reach, but ³⁄₃ reps I talked to could not tell me the status of my order or where my package actually was.

Rats! Somebody already beat me to this review! But man do I have some gripes about this company. Granted they do deliver next day, but why is it that I just spent an hour trying to find CD-R’s on here? Aaannnnnd when I finally did find them, I couldn’t process my order becauce the shopping cart icon did not work! So I had to log out and replace my order! When I finally did log-​in CD-R’s had magically disappeared, again! Why when I did a search, toilet paper came up when I had typed in CD-R’s? With such a big business one would think you had the funding to get your website together.
I hate you Corporate Express you ruined my life! You literally make this administrative assistant’s life a living hell. I can’t wait until I leave this job and never have to deal with you ever again!

This company my friends is a business-​to-​business supplier of office products (And the crowd goes wild). «But what about Office Depot or «Office Max» you ask… Well my friends, think of those shops as the shops for the individuals, and small businesses… Corporate Express if for the big boys. So big, that the prices are more expensive then any other office supply store I have ever been into… Thing is, they are still the largest.
The thing I like about having a business account is that they deliver… the next day… Which in a business world can be fast… so sometimes I don’t care about the price when I need it the next day.
Strategy: If you want to save money don’t come here.
* Star one for friendly drivers/​delivery guys… Maybe a little too friendly to our front office receptionists
** Speedy star two is for fast delivery service… Makes me feel like you care
*** Local star three is for having your headquarters right near by… Everyone loves Broomfield… What, highway 36 is the place to be!
