My favorite beer is the heffivizen with the banana and clove under tones! Brought my friends in to try! Did not disappoint!

We went there with my daughter’s family because they have a good kids’ menu in my daughter’s estimation(not sure I agree). The food was decent and the service was a bit better than good at a not really busy time of the evening. The real issue arose when the check came. As I skimmed it for errors, I immediately saw that my cocktail had been charged as double(2 X $ 8 = $ 16), where I had not ordered a double. I spoke to our server about it and she said that it was because I ordered a top shelf liquor. I have had a lot of single malt scotch and top shelf bourbons in my life but I have NEVER paid $ 16 for one drink! I objected to not being informed that they were going to charge so exorbitantly for the drink and they came up with an accommodation. I will say that, in addition to this ridiculous cost of a drink, it seemed like the prices had gone up significantly since our last trip there with my daughter’s family. I had a small Caesar salad(think large soup bowl) that was $ 8.95 and adding chicken brought it to $ 12.95(!). Burgers are $ 12 or more, depending on your toppings. Be careful when you order that you know what they are going to charge you or what your accumulated cost is with any optional items.

For a late night party of about 20, CB& Potts accommodated us really well! Everybody was in snack/dessert mood although a certain Mac & Cheese looked really yummy, so did the giant bowl of chili. As our dining companion’s sinful looking bread pudding and brownie skillets arrived, I played it safe by ordering an ice cream cupcake(adorable AND yummy). For savory bites, the deep fried cheese curds stood out, they’re the best I’ve had so far! Didn’t care too much for the dipping sauces, so I dunked those lil’ cheesy balls into my ice cream cupcake, woah! Service was great, our waitress was in a cheerful mood even past midnight!

The waitstaff was great, but I’m giving our visit last night one star because the restaurant seemed to have some serious management issues. We were a party of 8 and sat ourselves in the bar. As our full party arrived, the bar filled up and the 2 wait people became swamped. There was the obvious GM, who sat at the bar on a computer and a man from, I’m guessing, the corporate office who wandered around never touching anything or helping out in any way. At one point the window from the kitchen had dishes stacked on top of dishes, waiting to be delivered to tables. Neither of these people/managers helped even once, although they both had time to check their cell phones. It was the first night of a new menu and these two folks could have made the service go much more smoothly. It took forever to get our beer and longer to get our very mediocre food. My salad sat under the heaters and was inedible. We were late for the concert that we had bought tickets for months in advance. I guess 2 hours was not enough time to have a beer and eat beforehand.

This place is like a cheap version of BJ’s. There seemed to be a lot of waiters but they were elsewhere. It was pretty empty for a Wednesday afternoon. The menu is varied and the prices are low. My beer and blackened salmon were just OK. It’s a great place to watch a football game for a few dollars.

The food is terrible and the service is not much better. The waitress came to our table twice once to take our order and a second time to give us the bill. I had to flag down a busboy to get a refill. Went there on a Sat night and the place was empty. What type of brewery is empty on a Sat night? Lesson learned should have read the reviews on Unilocal before going.

What a terrible place to enjoy a few beers and appetizers! This place had such awful customer service. The food came out cold and it was ridiculously overpriced for the lackluster quality… $ 9.00 for a basket of waffle fries?! There were legit 10 fries in the basket haha… what a joke! The beer was ok, but again, pricey. We went after a Sunday matinée, and all of us were very unimpressed with this place. Stick to Gordon Biersch near the theater for the same type of vibe, better beer/food, and much better service! This was the first time I had been here, and it was also the last.

Customer service is not their forte. Pretty sad in this day that they employ and encourage horrible service. Bar tenderers and bar manager have no business in customer service if they can’t talk to their customers in a professional and centric manner. Will be the last time I come to this business! Another business that has no business in business.

Love the happy hour specials, but we always get the worst service. We like to go Thursdays around 9:30 — 10pm and it never fails the waitresses either don’t show up for a while or food takes forever to get to us and then when it does its cold. If it weren’t for beer being so cheap, I’d quit coming. Service needs to change!

Had the Spinach Salad with Blackened Salmon. It was tasty but the salmon portion was tiny. Had the Tomato Basil Bisque to start — wasn’t a big fan of the soup though — way too acidic for my taste. Sampled the Muddy Cup Cake that my wife had for dessert, which was the highlight of the meal — yummy. Dinner was average, dessert was awesome, service was great though.

Burgers came out cold and tasted terrible. The only thing worth eating was the french fries. Place was empty – no excuse for bad food. Beer was good, food is not. Recommend to drink here, not eat.

It’s ok. Wife and i come a lot because we are in the neighborhood. Big screen TV is outdated. Could use a few more tvs overall. Decent amount of beers on tap. For the most part the waitresses and bartenders are friendly. One exception is the sort of odd tall skinny host/sometimes bartender, don’t recall the fella’s name but think of the Beavis and Butthead cartoons from mtv and you will recognize him. He never seems to work, he mostly just chats and flirts with the waitresses and distracts them from being attentive to customers. Sort of weird that management would allow this. Wonderful job for a college student(I’m guessing) to be paid to just hang out and flirt with co workers. One star downgrade because of him, otherwise decent sports bar, decent fiid, and good overall local hangout.

I really love CB and Potts. I think it is one of the better large franchise restaurants. I like thier bar and dining area. The food is also really good, not always the best but I like the variety. They don’t have it on the menu anymore bit they have the best Monti Cristo. I was really bummed to see it leave the menu and when I expressed that sadness to a server they said they still had it but it was on the un-official menu. I was super happy. Recently I had thier Bloody Mary’s and wow it was one of the best I have had. If you don’t know if you want to try I would suggest yes just go. You would be surprised by thier large menu options and great drink options. My husband most times can’t choose so he gets the beer sampler so he can taste multiple varieties all at once. It’s a good place to go!

The menu sucks. I have never gotten food I like here. My husband hasn’t had any issues with the food. I highly recommend the ice cream cupcakes, which are the only reason I would go back! Otherwise, there are better places to eat.

I am so irritated at this moment! This Friday evening there is a concert at Fiddlers Green. CB Potts«sold» their parking spots to the concert venue. We had to wait in the parking lot line to get near the restaurant only to be told the lot was full and there was no longer any parking for dinner patrons. Are you serious??? The parking attendant was unable to give us an alternative location nearby to park. Does this establishment feel that selling parking is more profitable than food and bar patrons? I’m done with this location, after many, many business lunches and dinners. Unbelievable. Macaroni Grill, here we come!

Always a good time. I live really close and am never disappointed! It’s sometimes hard to have a conversation during trivia, but I guess that’s sort of the point on those nights. Staff is super friendly and their beers are delicious.

The food is really good. The beer even better. Never a wait because of the open seating in the bar, plus the wait staff is so nice. This is quickly becoming my favorite neighborhood hangout!

ANDTHEWORSTSERVICEAWARDOF2014GOESTOCBPOTTSINBROOMFIELDCOLORADO! Right off the bat our server was insulting!(Short blonde at the main bar with a Patriots jersey) «Do you have a drink menu featuring your mixed drinks or would you mind suggesting one?» «We have a full bar» and walked away. 1. She never offered me water. I had to ask for it. 2. She never asked how the food was 3. She never asked if I’d like to order more food 4. She never asked if I’d like another drink even though my glass was emptied and had been taken away, yet, she asked the two ladies, with whom I was dining if they’d like another 5. After having to stop her to order a drink, 15 minutes went by and she was washing mugs in the sink in front of us. «Please, cancel my drink order for the piña colada» She nodded sternly and said ok. «Did you forget about the drink?» «No, there was ice cream stuck in the bottom of the blender and I had to wash it out»(even though there was clearly no blender in sight) «Look! Do you guys just want your check?» 6. She never smiled and seemed obviously annoyed by any and every request All in all it was an extremely unpleasant dining experience. It’s a shame how one person’s actions and inaction can sully the name and reputation of such a fine establishment. Truly poor service. Would never dine there again. It’s nice to be important, but it’s more important to be nice:)

I came here for a farewell party for my old boss and didn’t quite enjoy the food as much as I hoped. Our party arrived around 9:30PM and ordered off the late-night menu. Our waiter seemed a bit occupied, often disappearing for awhile before making an appearance again briefly, and then disappearing again for an extended period of time. We had to try and find him at least twice. Food wise, I ordered one of the burgers; it was too greasy for my liking. The meat was a bit cooled-off as well when I received it. Large portions for the price though, although I didn’t end up actually finishing my meal. Dessert was also too sweet for me; too much of a mouthful of sugar rather than a refreshing mint chocolate chip that I wanted. I’d like to give this place another try, but maybe for the beers instead.
