McDonald’s

I don’t usually write reviews, but the complete disaster that occurs here on a regular basis compels me to. They shouldn’t even get 1 star.
I’ll start with last Monday 10/​26/​2015 at 10:15am. I was headed to a doctors appointment in Tampa so I figured I’d stop and get some breakfast. After 20 minutes sitting at the drive through window I finally got my food! Well I should have checked it because they shorted me half my order. So I parked and went inside, well I should have let them keep the $ 7.00! The place was packed with pissed of customers. When I finally got the attention of what I thought was a manager all she did was stare me down turn around and run to the back and never return. Not a word was spoken by her. And honestly that was the fastest I seen anybody move in that place. Then I got the attention of the cashier and told him that I had already been the for 40 minutes at this point. He finally filled my order and I was out the door knowing that I would go the extra few miles to the restaurant around the corner from now on!
That brings me to today. My husband went to grab us some breakfast sandwiches and made the mistake of going to this store. We live 5 miles away and he left an hour and 40 minutes ago and still is not back. Same thing except they now claim biscuits are not on their all day breakfast menu too.
I don’t know what exactly is going on over there but it’s not working out well. I know they have lost my business, but there will be plenty behind me so who cares right? It’s very sad that this type of incompetence gets paid more than skilled labor down here.

Have you ever ordered french fries and find black hair in it. As I wait at the counter I witnesses a large person working the frier playing with her hair and pants. You tell the manager and u just do not want anything out of that frier. After watching my kids eat there burgers I see nothing different about who is working the frier.

After 20+ minutes in the drive thru line they they completely screw up my order anyway.

McDonalds. What else need I say?
