Went with my wife and daughter for dinner. Wife order steak with a baked potato… Potato had one end that was black inside like how a rotten potato get. Pretty obvious if you are actually looking at what you cook. She sent back got FF’s instead. My Order was New Orleans Seafood. Talapia looked great and edges tasted good but center had mushy consistency like it was freezer burnt or worse«bad». It actually made me a little nauseous when looked at it with my phone light. Told our server when we gave check to her to pay. When she came back after paying she responded by stating she told her Manager and she would look into it. At least I expected her to come personally and apologize for not one but to problems we encountered. We have had many good meals there but having this kinda disgusting one with obviously management to busy or ignored erases all of those.

Love Ruby’s. Especially on my day off. Varied menu. Salad bar only $ 2.99 with entrée. ½ price appetizers and $ 5.00 Absolute cocktails from 4PM to 6:30PM. Pleasant atmosphere.

When the Stones sang«Goodbye, Ruby Tuesday» they must have had a night like tonight on their minds. To begin with, we ordered our drinks and they were wrong. Not a deal breaker… yet. Then we’re told that the kitchen is out of ribs and anything chicken – items we were planning to order. Would have been nice to hear this before we were even seated, or at least before we ordered drinks. Our waitress spent more time telling us about her vacation and the awesome baked potato she once ate instead of tending to us – the customers. Food took an abnormally long time to arrive at the table and 3 of the 4 meals thoroughly missed the mark. One dish was so cold that none was eaten and we just got a to go container. She then had the balls to ask if we wanted dessert. Um, no. I didn’t have another 90 minutes and was fearful she was going to show me photos of that amazing baked potato she had a deep meaningful relationship with. When we told her about the meal issues she asked if we wanted a manager. Funny though because earlier she said everyone was slacking tonight because the manager wasn’t there. Whatevs! We paid the bill, no manager ever showed and I gave her my 2cents. Literally as her tip. Ruby Tuesday is officially on my «do not call list.» ~~RIP~~

The worst restaurant ever! We went for diner the other day there were 7 people in our party. I ordered an entrée with the salad bar. After i ordered the salad bar i changed my mind and didn’t want it so i told my daughter she could have it, we were already paying for it anyway. So the waitress who was very rude came over and said she can’t have that salad, she has to order her own. I never even had any of the salad and my daughter had only eaten a few bites. Everybody at the table had ordered steaks with the salad bar and its not like we weren’t paying for it. She could have come over and mentioned it to me quietly and nicely, she was rude and embarrassing. I contacted them the next day to tell them about my experience and all they said was it’s against our policy. We use to eat here alot but never again.

I think this place is excellent. The burgers are very good; I ordered them medium rare and they are right on. The salad bar is very good and the tomatoes are the best I have had in Florida. Coming from Long Island; you would think I would miss the pizza but I miss the tomatoes. I had the pork chop with the mashed potatoes and beans and it was very tender and tasty(Not like my Shake and Bake depth chargers) The salad bar is very good. The servers are excellent and I don’t have any negatives to say about Ruby’s. It is one of my favorite places in Spring Hill.

— Good food — Active /Friendly — Great Salad bar We don’t go here all that often. Maybe twice a year. It was a burger day but didn’t want«fast food». Burger was actually really good. Had the portabella and swiss pretzel burger MR and they got it right!!! You’ll always see this place with mostly the older retired people. Which isn’t bad … it’s good … locals know where the good spots are and Seniors try to save their money. On the edge of over friendly by the staff though. Our waitress was attentive … took my food away while I was sharing it with my wife though — didn’t even ask … just grabbed and gone! Didn’t matter … we were nibbling but it was just the point. Salad bar — was directly in my wife’s line of site. Yes, we both had the salad bar and while we were observing we could see that they were changing out two or three items every ten minutes or so. Overall I would go back to this place. Waitress seemed like she was in the weeds and possibly on exotic caffeine. It was a good place for a moderate stop. This was on a sunday ~3:00

I had the Portabella Swiss Pretzel Burger with Garden Bar. The burger was hot, fresh and quite tasty! The Garden Bar had many fresh items to choose from and tasty as well! My only complaint would be the service was a bit on the slow side but other than that not a bad experience!

I had the pork chop with a spicy sauce on it. The waiter Chris told me that it wasn’t overly spicy so I took a chance and ordered it. It was absolutely delicious but it was very spicy to my taste. It was very tender and it was prepared excellently. The only thing I was disappointed was that the salad bar for that particular dish could not be a side, it was an additional $ 3.99, I thought was excessive when the entrée cost $ 14 alone, so I passed. I selected onion rings and spaghetti squash as my sides. All in all it was an enjoyable meal and I wouldn’t hesitate going back.

Had a turkey burger and French fries today. The burger was large and delicious with tomato and lettuce. The fries were skinny and not oily. Very good. Nice atmosphere and good service for lunch. Definitely will go back there.

I can’t comment on the food other than to mention that the salad bar near the door looked, well, unsanitary. I can comment on the experience. I was with a group of five that decided to go to Ruby Tuesday. We pulled up and seeing the people waiting, I hopped out to check on the wait time. As I approached the hostess station a large group that had walked in before me were handed some menus and followed a hostess in to be seated. At this point I thought we were in luck. Unfortunately as I approached the hostess station to inquire about wait times the primary hostess looked to another and said«did she just seat them? What about all the other people in front of them?». I sighed, as I pondered the state of the food and bev industry in Florida.(My significant other and many friends are in the F&B business here in Charleston, SC) («Excuse me, but may I ask») I interrupted the argument long enough to ask how long before a party of five could be seated. One of the ladies replied she wasn’t sure, and would let me know. Then she returned to her argument. At this point I noticed several booths in the bar area were empty.(In fact, all but 3 booths were empty) There were five ladies at the hostess stand so I chose another and asked if a full menu was served in the bar area. After being informed that indeed a full menu is served in the bar area, I asked if our party could seat themselves in one of the many vacant booths(as I am sure you are aware very often bar seating is self serve). I was told, «you can seat yourselves in the bar area if no one is ahead of you.» I asked«Can you tell me if anyone is ahead of me?» In answer to this question the woman I was talking to said she wasn’t sure, turned her back to me, and started talking to another hostess. I moved back to the main station and I started to engage the primary hostess to check on the bar seating, or regular seating, then realized just how ridiculous the situation was. I just turned around and walked out… they didn’t even notice. I hope they were having a bad night, but if the condition of the salad bar, the muttered comments of the patrons leaving the establishment(one older couple said«we really need to try the one closer to us again I guess»), and the poor people sitting and waiting in the lobby who had no idea that people were being seated randomly with no regard to the order in which they arrived were any indication I doubt this night was at all unusual. That being said, it all ended on a very good note, thanks to my experience at a poorly run chain restaurant I discovered a great little Italian hole in the wall in the same shopping center!(Look for it people, trust me) I live in Charleston SC and I have no skin in the Florida game, but I had a strong enough negative experience that I wanted to document it.

Unquestionably the best salad bar in the county. Excellent service, burgers are very good. Their Thai lettuce wrap appetizer doesn’t even come close to the one at the cheesecake factory, though. In general, the entrees are better than the appetizers.

My husband and I enjoy Ruby Tuesday’s. Since My surgery(amputation) I am wheel chair bound until my prosthetic and I can connect: D The food is good, the service is great. I have found all them to be quite helpful and understanding re: my seating. We have quite a few places due to the wheelchair we can no longer go to. Ruby Tuesdays is handicap accessible. The aisles are wide enough i can get through even if someone is standing in the aisle. if they don’t back up I am still able to get through. The restroom is large, The handicap stall is large. I have found that the doors leading into the restrooms, are very heavy, Someone who has weakend arms would find it quite difficult to open the door to get in. I found getting out was much easier. That is the only complaint I have and this complaint is the same with most restaurants. We will continue to go to Ruby Tuesdays when we are out. I appreciate their friendliness and taking care of me when I request help. Continue with the good food, great service and friendly atmosphere HAPPYCOOKING If your in Spring Hill or Brooksville Florida are on 50/Cortez Blvd, stop in and ask for Lane. We went back a few weeks ago. I wanted the Pasta, with Broccoli. It comes with chicken in it also. I asked Lane if I could get it without the chicken… He said they make almost everything to order. The pasta and broccoli with Beschemel Sauce was delicious. Yes I always have a doggie bag to take home. Thank you to the Chef & Lane for making our Orders to our satisfaction.
