Wendy’s

My «Meetup» group gathered at this Wendy’s before an event at Prospect Park. The location was a good choice for that purpose because it has decent restrooms that aren’t kept locked. The staff doesn’t appear bothered if you use the restrooms without ordering food, or if you occupy tables to play chess, or gather for a Meetup. Someone did, however, call the cops to get rid of the guy with the weed print socks and the rasta hat who was continually asking everyone for food even after he had already eaten. Out of boredom I got some fries, which were very ordinary. Someone in our group had a burger, also ordinary. The line moves slowly and the service is just adequate. But like I said, I wasn’t there for the food, so I really didn’t care.

Good food but the drive through is so slow! Does it really take 20 – 30 minutes to take your order and make the food!??

Great location.
Excellent for eating after a visit to the zoo or BBG.

Ive done after jogging & bouldering, ive walked in there hungry as heck on 3 different occasions & the first 3 things I asked for including all the salads are always gone or allegedly sold out.
The do little gambling tournaments too at night time, bums playing games with no food & the smell of liquor and shenanigans coming from the back.
I gotta try to find something else open at the hours of my work out. Last time I went it was like 12:20 am & scary as hell.
Im never going back, I dont wanna go back And the girl behind the counter had a «stank» attititude too, as if she was being held against her will.

The average customers of this fast food restaurant can be a little sketchy looking and the cashier girls seem like they have an attitude but they don’t really. I will look grumpy too if I had to deal with rude customers for several hours. Sometimes you might have to wait in line for a little longer than usual, but the food makes up for it. I don’t know how sanitary their kitchen and food prep process is, but it actually tastes pretty good.

Patronized this Wendys recently. The restaurant wasn’t clean. Tables hadn’t been wiped down, the cashier had attitude and was standoffish. undesirables hanging out. There was even a argument because a group of men were playing cards, and one thought the other was cheating. The food on the other hand, was pretty good. Everything I got was made well, but clearly this location needs new management.

Worst drive through ever. Seems like the guy didn’t give a single sh*t or he was just too busy trying to somehow look cool in he’s uniform. F**ked up the whole order. Didn’t even think of putting straws for our drinks but definitely didn’t forget to put he’s fake diamond earrings on before the shift. Great job bro! I understand you don’t like your job but it’s not my fault you applied for it. I paid for whatever I ordered so there’s no reason for you to make MY experience as horrible as yours.

I don’t really eat Wendy’s. Long lines and the cashiers go quickly with your order. Came here once and ordered two spicy chicken sandwich combos. I was given the homestyle one. Good thing I checked it before leaving. The manager switched it back for us. It’s decent, but I won’t come here often.

Slooooooooooowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life! I «dined-​in» and the cashiers had absolutely zero sense of urgency. I went around 2:30pm, so the lunch rush was over, but there was still a long line because there were only two slow girls taking orders. The girl who took my order didn’t smile once and looked like she not only hates her life, but she hates you too. I don’t really want to wait half an hour for fast food. I probably won’t come here again.

Bad experiences for drive thru. They always forget something, I double check every time but it’s always something. For example, a apple pecan salad will come with either no pecans or no dressing, very annoying. Be prepared to dig through your stuff and pay attention to detail or you will be missing something. Sigh…

Went here again because it’s the closet place to the botanical garden and zoo. Service was speedy again but 2 individuals begged for money directly in front of the cashier and about half the tables were filthy. I don’t understand why the staff doesn’t just ask people who are begging for change to leave.

When I think about the food, it’s Wendy’s. It always tastes Great! Expect to wait because there is always a line which can be interpreted as high customer demand or short staffing during peak times. There is a uniformed NYPD officer as security in the evenings.

Probably the longest I’ve ever had to wait for my food at Wendy’s. Under staffed and slow employees. Burger was good but the frosty was already mostly melted when I got it. They also forgot my spoon.
Avoid this Wendy’s if you can!

What more could you expect at a Wendy’s? Perhaps clean tables? Nope. Clean that ish yourself!

If u have a short break try to go their alil earlier long lines

Chicken nuggets looking like YES! Customer service looking like NO!
I love the French fries YES!
Do the cashiers have a brain NO!
Are they rude and obnoxious and in need of etiquette training YES!
Will they get it NO!

Do you really care about the cashiers and their attitudes NO!
It seems that this Wendys likes to hire people with problems. The more problems you have, their is a high probability that you can work here. This place is so slow for no apparent reason. The workers move like they are in the twilight zone. It’s crazy, and if their damn chicken nuggets, bacon cheeseburger and fries wasn’t so good I wouldn’t come here at all!

The professionalism at this location is seriously lacking. The food was fine. The burger was actually good, but the cashier and other people behind the counter were horrible. Who would hire someone with the worst customer service skills ever to work at a place like this? They would make a lot more money by reviewing some of Wendy’s operational manuals. Geez. Will try To never go to this branch again!

Conveniently located across from Prospect Park Station and the park itself.
Seems pretty clean.

After a tremendous amount of walking and working at Prospect Park, and before more walking at the Botanical gardens, I decided to grab a quick bite here, being conveniently «sandwiched» between the two spots. It took about 25 minutes to get through the line,.even though it was not lunch anymore. That seems extreme for fast food. Food was fine and consistent with other Wendy’s restaurants.
