I can definitely see everyone’s frustration, waiting in line 10 – 15 minutes and then wait another 10 – 15 minutes for a burger that’s already cold. Kind of disappointed

When you walk in to a fast food restaurant, you expect your food instantly. Not only does the line take forever, the wait for your food is even longer. If you don’t have time to waste, DO NOT come here. You’ll regret it.

Line is always a bit long but it’s tolerable. The back stir fries is a must get! It’s amazing! The only thing I’m really unsatisfied about was the bacon and cheese potato. It was so tiny and the price was more than the one I gone to last time. The potato was even bigger too! Overall, the food is good and there’s Starbucks right next door. I guess it can’t go wrong there.

This place is packed on the weekend, especially since it is part of an outdoor mall and people like to walk by the bay since the weather is warm. Go to the walk up window outside to avoid the crowd. You will get your order a lot faster.
I ordered a medium orange mango drink and was surprised when I got it because it is HUGE! Their medium is like a large at other places.
This place is okay for a late night snack.

love wendy’s food. this wendy’s has a lot of seating but the ordering area is very crowded. the workers are very quick though. i always come back!

I have never been to such a slow fast food business before in my life. Hey listen Wendy’s is Wendy’s the food is the same. But if you’re in a rush do NOT stop here. Try somewhere else. 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich? Come on give me a break.

The service is quite slow compared to other fast foods. But I think the food is the best out of all of them. They have always very fresh and nice fries perfectly salted. I think the portions size is really small which makes you have to get two. They are the size for little kids. We got a baconator, bacon cheeseburger and crispy chicken sandwich.

Food is always good. The first turn off is walking into the entrance doors, they are filthy! Should be sterilized every day.
The second is often times the tables need a good cleaning. They may need more help.

Between McDonald’s, Burger King, and Wendy’s, my vote goes to Wendy’s! Wendy’s definitely has the best food amongst the three chains. Their fries are the crispiest and have the right amount of salt. McDonald’s fries are limp and soggy (yuck!) and Burger King’s fries, while crispy, are stale. Wendy’s chicken nuggets are actually good tasting while the ones at McDonald’s and Burger King are just plain nasty… Wendy’s burgers are also better and seem more innovative than the generic ones at the other two chains. In my opinion, Wendy’s offers a greater variety of better food than the others and is definitely my go-​to!
I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s ever since it opened (yeah I’m old lol) because it is like a 5 min. walk from my house and hasn’t disappointed me so far. The service here is variable because all of the employees are seasonal workers. However, I do not recall ever experiencing any rude servers here. The seating area is also generally kept very clean and there is rarely ever any crumbs/​garbage on the tables. I would say this Wendy’s is more spacious than other locations so that’s a plus. As already stated, I usually get the fries and chicken nuggets here and they are consistently good. I also like getting the plain baked potato with sour cream (yum!) I would suggest getting the plain baked potato since the bacon/​cheese one costs $ 2 more and you can easily add meat on the plain baked potato at home for less than $ 2. Also, the cheese is artificial tasting and did not appeal to me at all. This Wendy’s will definitely be my go-​to for fast food and I look forward to trying some of the other items on the menu!

The spicy chicken Caesar salad was a bit of a disappointment. How come the salads here are so tiny? The salad itself was great in taste, but the proportions are meager in size! I also got a junior frosty and it was literally the smallest cup in the world — I feel like everything at Wendy’s is from the kids menu… like seriously…

Long lines? Sure moves fast everytime i come here, full cashiers to take orders. Theres always something new to try here. Today i had the orange mango drink, and hubby got blackberry lemonade, it was awesome!!!
Always here for the #1 or #2 meal, chili! Nuggets and theeee best sweet sour sauce! So hard to choose between the sides, so i always mix it up from baked potato, salad, chili, fries. Im always here when i shop or going to bjs.
ANother favorite asiago spicy chicken or cod sandwich. I miss the pretzel bun please bring it back!

Best fast food in the area! Burgers, fries, and chili always yummy and hot! It’s so nice that the place is clean! That is a big deal considering it being a fast food joint.

Wendy’s is one of the popular fast food chains you can visit. Not only is it is in a good location but the food is good as well. There is a huge parking lot and huge shopping stores by it if you are looking for anything. It can get crowded during the day with huge lines which means less seat availability. The burgers are juicy. The employees are nice and quick. The bathroom is average. There is seating outside if the weather is hot. The food itself is inexpensive. I would recommend checking it out :)

I come to this Wendy’s all the time. I like that they have a walk up window but wish it also had a drive up window as well. Every time I come here, there is always a line, no matter what time of day or night. The lines always move quickly and the staff working is always very friendly and lots of smiling faces.
The food is consistently hot and fresh, I have not had any issues with my order. Even with a fast turnover and quick service, the food is still right on point. Every time I have been inside, the floors are clean, the tables are clean, and of course, the bathroom is clean. I am a sucker for cleanliness in a place where I am getting my food.

The lines are long as hell on the weekends but they fast. The upside is the food always comes out piping hot and fresh. Definitely a nice way to end your shopping at Caesars bay. But watch out… five guys are opening up right next door :)

This is the busiest Wendy’s I think I’ve ever seen. They have a walk-​up pick up window and you can take an order out to go.
A couple of things I liked:
1. The service — to take and complete your order was fast. Inside, they yell «Next order up!» and folks take head. The young lady who appeared to be the manager — for me at least — was a reason to come back all by itself. But that aside, the speed of the order was excellent.
2. You can swipe the ATM/​Credit card yourself. That takes away a worry I have about credit card safety at fast food restaurants.
3. The long lines means heavy turnover of food. So your food is not sitting around.
4. There’s parking in the shopping complex.
5. There were like 50 – 80 folks at the Wendy’s at 11 p.m. on a Tuesday night. So you will feel safe and secure.
Best Wendy’s in the City that I’ve been to, so far. (And I’ve reviewed 4.)

What a busy, busy Wendy’s!
The Wendy’s in this particular place is very new looking. The restaurant ambience has definitely upgraded to look more modern and the menu has improved a lot.
Spicy chicken nuggets are definitely my favorite thing to order at Wendy’s! I usually order from the Walk-​up window outside because the line is shorter especially if you just want take-​out. The bathroom and dining area was pretty clean especially with such high traffic of customers! Great job on that!

Only bad thing here is theres always long lines, but that’s also a good thing. More customers means hotter sandwiches made off the grill, fryers are constantly frying fries. Salads are fresh, leafy greens are green.

My 300^th review gives this Wendy’s 2 thumbs up. Why you may ask?
Well, here goes:
1. Completely modern-​day renovated on the inside that makes eating inside enjoyable.
2. Even with a long line, they are fast. Tons of workers expediting without sacrificing how the food turns out.
3. Cashiers are a bunch of nice people.
4. Revamped menu is really good.
5. Relatively clean.
Keep up the great job Wendy’s of Shore Parkway!

I really like (this) Wendys, not just because I was named after this fast food establishment. The spicy lemonade is delicious, there are strawberry seeds at the bottom and the drink is refreshing on a hot summer day. The spicy chicken nuggets is ingenious, tastes so much better than regular chicken nuggets. The junior bacon cheeseburger seems like a normal size to me, nothing «junior» about it. The chili has alot of substance, wish it was spicier though but its made to match the taste buds for the general public so cant complain. Also, they have the *cutest* ketchup packets that you can peel and can use 2 ways. The new renovation makes the dining experience clean and bright. The wait could be a bit long though during rush hours. I cant wait to go back to order a frosty!
