First of all i am not a difficult person in any way!!! I had an appointment for the first time yesterday, waiting 3 weeks to see you, when i called to make the appointment, i gave all my information to your office and no one called me back, i had to call again to get the appointment.
I arrived at your office at 1:45pm my appointment was for 2pm. When i gave all my information to your front desk they advised then that there would be a 2 hour wait, which no one told me when i made the appointment, but i waited. After i waited almost 3 hours, i finally advised your front desk that i was leaving. So i never got to see you. If you are concerned with patient experience i would take this very seriously. Your appointment scheduling is horrendous, your office is more like a clinic than a private office. Also, you share the office with some other physician that the patients were there from 11am and the doctor or whomever still had not shown up at 3:45, i don’t know what they were there for, but should have not been in the same office. Finally i was referred by my primary doctor, whom i have been a patient of for over 17years. i will advise him never send anyone to you, especially if they are elderly.
