I’ve been a TriBy3 team member for a year now. My experience with the team and coaches has been great. The team training, whether it’s indoor computrainer rides, strength sessions, outdoor runs/rides add a ton of a value to my race preparations. The multisport and nutrition knowledge Greg has shared with the team has provided me with new approaches to my training. This month(February) I also attended a 5 day triathlon TB3 training camp in Clermont, FL where I was able to train continuously and adopt efficient swim/bike/run techniques.

I bought a three session package in 2013 to learn about Pose method of running, in which Greg is certified. I only ended up completing two sessions. It was really difficult to get sessions scheduled, due to their competition schedule, and then there were issues with cancelations and lateness. For my first session, Greg was about 30 minutes late, so I had the first third of the session with Eric, who is not certified in pose method, although he knows about it. For my second session, Greg missed the entire session. When Greg was present it was very helpful. I tried for six weeks to get my third session to happen, and then gave up. Update: after seeing my review Greg contacted me to apologize and offer me my third session.

TriBy3 is a game-changer in every sense of the word. Greg and his team of coaches has completely changed the way I live and train — I’ve dropped 20 pounds, taken over an hour off or my Half-Ironman PR in less than a year, and can confidently say I’m in the best shape of my life. But that’s not the best part. The best part is the team — the group of individuals that make up the group is quite simply the best, nicest, friendliest, most driven team of badasses around. And the reason for that: Greg and his approach to coaching, building a team, and fostering a phenomenal community. I’ll be a TB3 member for as long as I keep competing.
