I’ve used them several times over the years and I’ve never had any problems. They’ve always been very nice and helpful.

I totally disagree with the ones here saying they are bad in service.
I deal with them. I can say almost everyday. And never had an issue

Awful place, bad customer service the two times I have been their and the guy who helped me was very rude even for Brooklyn standards. It was so bad that I did a job one block away and went to another tool rental. A friend later told me they charged him for something broken that he pointed out it was broken when he rented it but they would not budge and charged him, it was like they purposely tricked him into paying for their repair that someone damaged before him. This is a dishonest business. Another time I went in and they would not accept my license that day even though they had before so he tells me I can leave a deposit for the rental. He wanted me to put on a credit card $ 1,500 for a $ 500 industrial snake as if the machine died while I rented it he was ready to charge me $ 1,500 buy another for $ 500 and pocket $ 1,000. Very Dishonest.

Rented a Walk Behind Floor Cleaner — 30″ Wide for a one day rental.
Had clear concise conversations about only getting charged for a one day rental if we called and requested pickup of the product on Monday.
Followed through exactly as requested and low and behold, our credit card was charged for two full days of rental!
After numerous phone calls in attempting to get a credit based on their confirmed pricing, we were given the runaround — everything from «the accountant is out today» to, «our computers are down». It went on and on like this until we gave up and decided to go right to the credit card company.
Instead of wasting more of my company’s time, we wrote this review to help other innocent people avoid doing business with such a dishonest business.

Great Guys… Helped us rent a generator & a few other pieces of equipment during Hurricane Irene last minute for a fair price.
