Lemofet Glass

I ordered a piece of plexiglass here (the quote was twice as expensive as the next shop I went to) and after holding me an hour longer than promised the piece came with severely damaged and chipped edges (divots up to a ¼ inch deep). I pointed this out and politely asked for it to be either filled, re cut or to be knocked down on the price. The person got extremely angry and aggressive; he threw the piece across the shop into trash while yelling profanity.
Good luck with your business neighbor! From my experience, yelling and shouting the f word at a customer who is voicing a concern doesn’t take you very far.
And don’t call yourself a costume glass shop if you don’t know how to cut glass. I am a framer and have done this so many times, its not that hard people. I came to you because I was in a time crunch, and was curious and excited to have found a new shop that I haven’t worked with yet.
