Great.
Anthony and Rich showed up on time, and Anthony even came by the day before to get a look at the job.
None of the mischief that you read about with many chimney sweeps — conning you into expensive and needless repairs.
They video’d the inside of my chimney, determining that it was fine and didn’t need any cleaning or servicing for another year or so.
Finally, they only charged me for the inspection — removing the cleaning charge completely even though they came all the way up to harlem from brooklyn on a rainy day in holiday traffic.
Honest, fairly priced, prompt, informative. All the things that 90% of the so-​called contractors in nyc are not.

Highly recommended!
I called TC Builders Corp to inspect and clean the chimney for our newly installed boiler which kept shutting off. We had been told that this was because the chimney was partially blocked.
When I called, Anthony said he could be there in about 2 hours. He was right on time. He and Richard were professional, straight-​forward and efficient. He determined that the chimney did not need cleaning but there was a potential issue we should be aware of with the metal pipe not running all the way to the roof.
And he charged nothing (NOTHING!!) for the inspection! Can you believe it? Who does that? TC Builders, that’s who.
