Before this this office engaged in any kind of procedure, I inquired as to whether my insurance will cover it. I was assured with utter confidence that yes, of course, «you’ll never receive a bill from us.» I would not have allowed any procedure had I been told no, your insurance does not cover this. They still sent a bill. The office fails to take responsibility for their words. Patients beware, and instead of needing to take everything this office conveys with a grain of salt just go to any of the two dozen other dentists in the 3 mile radius.

My husband waited 1 hour just for cleaning. Nothing! Busy doctor. I waiter 30 min and the lady after my Dr. Took first cause she was in a hurry. Such a disrespect!!! Dr has attitude, prices absolutely crazy. If u don’t have insurance, forget about it!!! Never ever step to her office!!!

Dr. Korol is an absolutely wonderful doctor. She is very professional and has a great and friendly staff and a beautiful office. I strongly recommend her as a dentist, and she is great at teeth whitening.
