The products are EXCELLENT but again the customer service is ridiculous. It is the lousiest I have ever met and dealt with in businesses. I think this is due to the fact that they do not have any competitors so far on their products. Basically the customer service is take it or leave it. I placed an order on Jan 13, 2016 and today is Jan 30, 2016 and I will list the excuses as the days go by. The products come from Africa and we are still waiting (Jan 17); Products are in but we do not have lids (Jan 20) We got the lids and will send to you one day overnight (Jan 22) Due to the snow I was unable to mail your products (Jan 25) When the manager answered the phone she mistook my voice for someone else and told me that she mailed the products since Thursday, Jan 21. That told me that she was lying with all the prior excuses. I called back and was told that I will get the products on Wednesday (Jan 26) I called again and was told that the manager was off and will have to call back the following day (Jan 27); I called and asked that my funds be returned to my account immediately, the manager said that she mailed the products already, I asked her for the tracking number and she promised to email it to me. (Jan 28); I called again and requested the tracking number and was told that she is very busy and did not get a chance to go on the computer (Jan 29) I called again and was told that she was busy since she came in to work and was unable to go on the computer to send me the tracking number, I reminded her that she had promised to mail the products one day overnight and she responded that they mailed out a quantity of products and they were all mailed out for 3 days delivery. (Jan 30) In the meantime, my cash of $ 500.00 was tied up all this time including a total of $ 25.00 shipping cost for the past 17 days to date. Good customer service would have returned the $ 25.00 shipping costs or something to compensate in lieu of the lies. I am still awaiting the tracking number and will update when I receive the email and tracking number. By the way, I am not sure that I will receive all the products which I am accustomed to and not get a refund or the missing products. I cannot wait to get in touch with a competitor.

I wondered in here one day to get my eye brows threaded, and now I will go no where else. Rosemary is patient and skilled at her services. In addition to getting my eyebrows threaded she helped me navigate through the make-​up world, which I usually do not go into. I was getting engagement photos so I thought it would be a good time to get make up and learn how to use it, and that is exactly what she did. I am satisfied with the products and understand how to properly apply them.
