A Hit Or Miss!
The food can be amazing and crunchy or have excess oil dripping through the wrapping paper and staining getting all over you hands and the table. If you get it in a good night then it’s really very good.
The biggest problem that I’ve noticed is their terrible customer service. They are rude on the phone and will yell at you to hurry up if they think you’re taking too long.
Until recently, I was eating Subsational three times a week but I get scared to call because I’m not in the mood to get yelled at.
My Recommendation: Try Holy Schnitzel. Tastes the same but the service is much better!!!

From the first moment you walk in, the loud talks, yelling and children running wild hits you! Then you need to find a dirty table and clean it yourself. Then you go and order and wait for your name to be called.
We waited so long I’m not even sure how long it was and the order came in 3 or 4 separate times which was not fair and even upsetting bc we wanted to have dinner together as a family.
The food was fresh and warm the quinoa salad had no taste but the rest was good.
I do not recommend for dinner maybe lunch or take away.

This place was delicious!!! My wife and I decided to come here for dinner /​fast food. I ordered their new Chorizo with pepper and onions sausage from the appetizer it was great. I was really hungry so I also got BBQ steak sandwich and it was worth it, everything is so fresh and delicious. My wife got a grilled chicken salad that she enjoyed very much. Very fresh and delicious chicken perfectly done and the vegetables in the salad were crispy and fresh as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to cheat on their diet, in the mood for comfort food or is looking to have a great meal.

My friends and I come to this place often from queens because their food is awesome. I myself eat there anytime I can when I am around the area.

I only put one star because I don’t have the option to put none. Food is terrible and service is even worse.
I orderd $ 130 worth of food they forgot to send 2 of the sandwiches and when I called to tell them that they fucked up they told me it was my fault but yet they still charged me for everything they didn’t send.
The manager is very disrespectful and arrogant and I would not recommend anyone to ever step foot in this «restaurant».
Plus one time I was eating there and I saw a small mouse run from the kitchen into the eating area.
Never mentioned that one before because I know that could hurt their business but now since they lost all my respect I thought I should mention this to everyone. Buyer beware TERRIBLE!!!

First off the big guy behind the counter has no respect (he claims he’s the owner but obviously no owner would go off at a customer the way he did).
So… I ordered a salad with 2 schnitzel baguettes and a classic burger. Within 5 minutes I received my salad but it was tasteless and I waited for my other sandwiches. Classic burger was O. K and I was still waiting for my 2 baguettes. Around 30 minutes passed and I approached him asking about my order he tells me he gave it to us and I told him he did not and we are still waiting meanwhile people that came after us got their food already. So finally after 40 minutes of waiting I got my 2 schnitzels on a bun when I wanted and paid for baguette. At this moment I got really upset gave him back the salad which was nearly full and without taste plus I gave him back the 2 schnitzels and asked for a refund and out of anger three the receipt on the counter. This man starts yelling at me although I kept my cool throughout the whole time he swings his doors comes out from behind the counter and comes into my face putting his fist and pointing fingers directly into my face saying I don’t have respect meanwhile he’s cursing me telling me to get the F*** out of the store and never come back. This was extremely rude and disrespectful.

These people need to learn how to say sorry when they screw up an order every single damn time. So rude. Somehow, each and every time we ordered, they «forgot» to include soda, yet «remembered» to charge our credit card. When called, each and every time, they always fail to say sorry and instead scream on the phone about how it’s not their fault. Disgusting — especially for a business that charges double for stuff just because it’s «kosher» and doesn’t taste that great. Never stepping my foot there or ordering from them again. Two thumbs down

The true rating should honestly be a 3.5 but since that is not an option 3 it is!
The food is great and it is def good and worth trying. Pricing is also very fair.
They are known for their chicken cutlets with frosted flakes around which is a great unique touch and a very tasty combo.
They also have a special one which has captain crunch around. Its a bit more sweet and has a taste that accommodates people with unique taste.
The hot dog is also good but nothing crazy. They have an egg roll pastrami appetizer which is really good but super oily.
Those were the pros of this place! the cons is the wait time. If you are coming in and ordering to go you are stuck in there for a good 20+ minutes. The food is very oily. The fries are average and the biggest no no that bothered me the most was how they place the lettuce and tomato in their sandwiches. Its placed on the inner part of the bread so when you are digging into the hero you are not getting a proportional bite.
Def worth trying!

The best kosher fast food place I have ever saw so far. I had one of their steak sandwiches it was amazing. The sauce in the sandwich was absolutely marvelous and the way the meat was cut it looked and tasted very close to the sandwiches that you can order in some fancy restaurants. The only minus in the sandwich was that there was too much of that sauce. As soon as you bite it it’s all over your hands. I also tried one of their chicken fingers and it was exceptional as well.
The place itself wasn’t anything special and the tables wasn’t exactly clean. I can assure you the food makes up for it. Anyway you can order take out.

Food is terribly overpriced, small portion, service is non existent, establishment is dirty. Been there more than once for dinners with friends and it’s consistently bad food and service. Never returning

Ugh… Again& again. This place is just a disappointment… I haven’t been here in a year bc the food was gross… Came back tonight… Should have gone to Joseph’s dream burger… But wanted to change it up… Was Starving… Took a risk.
Person who answered phone became hostile at a request to make a custom taco… Stated that putting rice and beans on top of meat was impossible because the taco would fall apart … We finally said ok fine just give us beef tacos but without veggies on top. We received beef tacos w veggies on top… Hm. Thanks for listening. I threw mine out. Then the guy said something about having 20 people waiting to be waited on. Implying he didn’t have time for us… We made the order from the car parked right outside the Glass storefront… & were watching him on the phone. There were two people being taken care of by a woman next to him… Anyway… We each ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and shared an order of fries. (It was enough for two people. But we didn’t finish the fries & we usually devour fries) I think their crispy chicken sandwich might be their «best selling item»… They did recently make their sign an image of this sandwich… Well, It sways between good & really bad. Tonight it was .ok.
I needed to write a review because I feel they need to care more about their customers and how they prepare food… I get that this is fast food… But it’s just not up to par. There need to be higher standards… Being open late is awesome… Now what about the customer service & the food…

Into Brooklyn I tried to order the Meatball sub which by the way was always my favorite but to my surprise I was it has become a seasonal item
The manager at time I believe his name was Raymond noticed the disappointed look on my face and immediately assured me that I can’t go wrong With a new sandwich they have called the triple threat its become a very popular and people love it so I decided to give it a shot a plus with a name like that

Was hooked with a doubt if your looking for great fast food that’s fresh this is the institution for you and that’s why they have been around for over 15 year quality and consistency

Upscale, absolutely not! but it is the tastiest, crispiest, most filling and most inexpensive fast food joint anywhere in the Kosher world. Open till late in the morning on a Saturday night for after a nice time out when you are really hungry. Triple threat sandwich highly recommended.

I’m giving them 1 star for their customer service, it was our worst experience ever !
During our conversation with one of the girls over there she didn’t know what to do or even what are we ordering, every second word that cake out if her mouth was «ah, ah…»
We gave up and hugged up the phone

The food came a bit cold and it was only ok.

My boy raved about the burgers here. Said the fries are amazing, too. He was only half right.
I’m sick of all these five-​guys, in-​and-​out burger, etc joints and their wack-​ass burgers that people swear by. This place definitely falls into that category. I just aint into these styles of burgers.
Maybe I was spoiled by my mom and grandmother who made good ol’ american burgers. Maybe I was spoiled by the former Miller’s Diner on New Utretch Avenue or any other old school American/​Greek diner that had a guy in the back preparing burgers while smoking a Marlboro…
or maybe these places just aren’t that great.
On the flip side, the fries really were good. Give ‘em a try!
