Sprint Store By Wireless Ritz

Its surprising how good help can do a lot for a business. So far I have gone to this store even though it was way out of my way, but I liked the way they treated you, they made you feel like a valuable customer. Lately its sad but you would be lucky if they at least would look at you as they walk in and god forbid you come in their lunch time, they would take their sweet time getting their lunch and when they returned they don’t even have the decency of letting you know that they are going to eat and make you wait until they are satisfied. They no longer great you as a client unless your wearing a skirt. I wouldn’t like to say that they are racist but they have made me feel unwanted and not valuable. THIS COMMENT IS ONLY TO ALL THE MALE STAFF FOR THE MORNING AND EVENING. Its sad that as I was recommended to this store I will have to correct them and redirect other customers to other stores.
Take my advice as an actual experience and avoid going to this store, you will save time, headache, annoyance and if you want good service go to the sprint store on 86 street between 4 and 5 avenue, they can treat you right and actual help you.
I would have given this store a negative 5 stars but due to Unilocal i have to give them something.

The only words for this store is ghetto, ghetto, ghetto. None of the workers stay for a long period of time. I don’t know if it has to do with the demographics, or whether the workers are threatened to get their ass kicked after work because they are so rude, but everyone leaves eventually.
The wait is long and very often they are unable to rectify the issue.

The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable! It was a great wireless retail experience!
