Underrated. The best Sicilian pizza in the city. Absolutely phenomenal. Even good a day later. Put it in the toaster oven!

This is some of the best pizza I have ever had and I had it after 40 minutes with some mild reheating. The sauce is very flavorful and the basil and mozzarella are as fresh as they come. The crust was perfectly crisp. The texture of the sauce is light but the crushed tomatoes roll easily down the tongue. After growing up in NY I have had a lot of pizza and this ranks amongst the best I have tried. I recommend this as much as you can recommend anything to anyone. 6 stars if it was possible. And from my what my father told me the staff was amazing and helpful.

I love this place — they were my neighbors and I still make an effort to visit and eat their delicious food. The staff are very down to earth, and the food is made with fresh ingredients as the pizza’s taste is on par with one of the Brooklyn’s best slices. I grew up in Brooklyn eating slices so I can vouch for authentic flavor. Keep up the good work!

Every single non coal oven NY pizza place has the same exact slice and they all are flavorless, uncooked, cheap ingredient filled disasters. I swear I don’t even think New Yorkers care what the pizza tastes like… as long as its thin and foldable its the best slice ever to them someone please send me a chicago style pizza with actual seasonings and flavor

This is the finest Italian food in Ridgewood. It’s as if Michelangelo hand-painted the tortellini, the Pope blessed the cheese pizza, and the garlic knots were baked by God Himself. My girlfriend had the spicy wings last Tuesday, and she’s still licking her fingers.

Been here many times. Best margherita slice in bushwick. I can taste the olive oil. These guys care about serving quality food to their neighbors. Rock on

The delivery here is pretty quick. The prices are overall very reasonable and spot on for the location. The garlic knots are very flavorful and doughy and had the right crispness. I really enjoy the ricotta & mozzarella call ones from this location. It’s full of fresh cheesy goodness!

Certainly among the nicer local business staff I’ve encountered in the city. Let’s just say there’s no Manhattan I-hate-my-job attitude. This is a respectable neighborhood joint and I hope it will be around for many years to come. It’s also delightfully located on a quiet and calm street. It reminds me of a small town. Their lunch special, at $ 4.95, is unbelievably cheap. I got penne ala vodka. What’s even more surprising is that the guy steered me toward the lunch special instead of to more expensive regular dishes. That’s unheard-of among the money-grubbing and unethical local restaurants I’ve encountered around the city(from Morningside Heights to here in Bushwick). The dish was also very good, not too much tomato, not too much cream. It was reasonably large and even came with a breadstick. They must not make much money per dish on the lunch special, but they know people will come back regularly and will buy other entrees, appetizers, drinks, and slices. That is how you run an ethical business that provides value to patrons and pays the employees. My only disappointment was that they would charge $ 2.50 extra for broccoli. So it’s a straightforward lunch special, no frills. This is more of a delicacy than any of the trendy hipster joints displacing businesses around here — because it’s genuine. Please give them your business and make this community stronger.

Best NYC pizza in Ridgewood. I live on the next block & never thought to order from here. I’m so glad I did. Great pizza, split pie to perfection with great toppings on both sides & the garlic knots were perfect!

The name is Sicily’s Best, as you will see when you are there. Unilocal has the name incorrectly spelled. I am so glad that we have a Sicilian pizzeria here that is owned and actually hosted by an Italian! Gasper is a neighborhood local who grew up right on the block, and his father is also around to help keep the place looking good, they have a little herb garden outside too. All the food is very good, you can’t go wrong if you want pizzeria fare. I love the thinner Grandma slice which is made with garlic but the regular thicker Sicilian slice is just as good. Thank you Gasper and his Papa for opening the pizzeria, we needed it in this area!

I would have to agree with my cousin Michelle on this place. It is pretty darn good. I find myself craving their cheese slice quite regularly at $ 2 each, which is good to my pocketbook but not my a$$. I love the tang that their sauce has mixed with just the right amount of cheese. They also have Sicilian pies and«Grandma» pies. Both are square slice pies, and one is thick and one is thin. I am still trying to understand which one is which. The pasta dishes are also delicious and enough to feed two people for dinner with a side of their yummy garlic rolls(6 for $ 1.25). The pastas come in a foil bowl, so when you peel the lid off savory gobs of mozzarella cheese are exposed for the taking. Their calzone is nothing to laugh at for only $ 4, this mighty roll is filled with the freshest ricotta and mozzarella with just the right amount of oven char on the bottom. The only thing that bothers me is that they charge $.75 for a side of red sauce, which would normally come with a calzone for free. But, I guess they make up for it with low priced rolls. From my understanding, they specialize in chicken here. There are chicken pies, chicken rolls, and chicken bites. I will let you know when I try it. You will see me checking in here regularly. All major cards accepted.
