Solid corner pizzeria in a residential neighborhood conveniently just a block away from Owl’s Head Park. Just don’t go for a slice right when they open or you might get a slice from yesterday heated up. Not where I’d order a pie in the area given hefty competition, but definitely good if you’re walking by and just craving a slice. Beats a lot of slices in other cities, that’s for sure.

I think there is only 2 reasons people go to this pizzeria. They are either too lazy to walk up to 3rd Avenue for decent pizza, or they are teenagers hanging out there after school. This place has not only the word pizza in Bay Ridge, but probably the worst pizza I have ever had. When dollar pizza spots in the city make a better slice you are obviously doing something wrong. Most of the food in the shelf area sits there for days, pizza is totally uninspiring with no flavor whatsoever. If you MUST come here, which I really can’t see any reason why you would, be sure to get something with toppings to at least add some flavor. You want good pizza? Go to Nino’s on third, Rocco’s on 5th, Vesuvios, Pizza Wagon… Anywhere else except here.

Not the best pizza. I think it’s the sauce that needs work. Never had their hot food. I would say walk up to 3rd Avenue and get pizza from somewhere else. Sorry but it’s the truth. If they fix their sauce maybe it will be better.

They charged me different price then what the Manu says and so I asked them they said the menu changed I brought a order of mozzarella sticks they charged me$ 5.00 is dead of $ 4.00. Then I order another pizza pie they said it’s $ 14.00 for 8 pieces and so I paid them and I looked at the menu it was large (6piece)=$ 12.00 extra large (8piece)=$ 14.00 so I asked them agin they say the price are different every day. Today is Wednesday they said that $ 14.00 was the price Monday and Thursday is the menu price? Seriously ??? I never heard of anything like that !!!

I was coerced into ordering pizza from Rocky’s. My family swears this is the best pizza in the area. Since I was NY, I was hoping to try true blue NY pizza.
Well, I would have to say that my search continues. Rocky’s was good but I know that I can get better.
However, I liked the Sicilian style meatball pizza. The meatball is well seasoned with great flavor. I enjoyed it more than their pepperoni pie.
I would eat here again and get the meatball Sicilian.

The closest local pizzeria. Decent good crispy pizza. Reasonable prices. Good location, friendly and nice people. Nice selection in the menu. I gave it a star less because everywhere online still uses the old menu. They need to update it everywhere as their prices have went up quite a bit but its still reasonable :)

Good location near the park and pier. The service is quick, friendly and polite. The chicken roll was a little soggy and the sauce a tad sweet for my liking, but tasted pretty good over all and not greasy. The pizza actually looked great and I wished I’d gone for a slice instead. The generously portioned cheesecake and other desserts definitely looked worth a try if you’re not on a diet!

This is my go-​to pizza place near my ‘hood and i’m so glad to have it so close to my apt. The pizza are great but not out of the world, fresh, w moderate amount of cheese and fillings, reasonable priced, fast delivery service, and very accomodating and friendly staffs. I only had variety of pizzas, my fav is grandma’s thin crust w fresh tomatoes, it was so good that i regreted I only ordered one slice by the time i got finished consuming it at my apt. Definitely my reg pizza place when i’m home in brooklyn!

The food here is good for a pizza place. Am partial to the spaghetti with meat sauce, but they have a great selection of pastas and great heroes.

The pizza is definitely tasty and well made, if not a standout (in general the sauce is a little sweeter than average, I think it’s great, but understand that it’s not the preference of many people) and they always have an incredible variety of pies as well as sandwiches, salads and deserts. The staff is really what makes this joint my favorite though– you can ask for pretty much anything and they’ll bend over backward to do it for you. Great people, reliably tasty food.

There regular slice pizza and rice balls are okay, nothing special. The fresh mozzarella slices are alot better. And their zeppoles are pretty good. That’s because they make them fresh, right in front of you. This place is average at best
