Richard and Brian are fantastic. They can fix anything, do high quality work, are efficient, honest, responsive and reliable, and they go above and beyond, every time. We won’t call anyone else. If they’re busy, we wait for them. They’re also really personable and likable. They are the gold standard — it doesn’t get any better than Richard and Brian.

Richard and Brian have been our go to for the last 2 ½ years. Every job they have done for us has been done with professionalism, and integrity. It is obvious they care about completing a job correctly. Plus they are really nice guys and a pleasure to have around.

Richard and Brian were conscientious skilled plumbers who texted with appointments times, set up a time, arrived on time, stayed extra time to finish the job that was expected to take only an hour, and ended up running about four, including two trips to plumbing supply stores. They returned a defective faucet back to the big box store, removing it after they had already done the work because it leaked from the base. They texted from the store with photos of alternative designs, and finished up neatly. They even fixed a door hinge on the bathroom cabinet when they saw it was off-​track, after finishing up the plumbing work. They were obviously proud of their work ethic, which was to do the job right. I will use them again on another job in a heartbeat.
