Horrible customer service!!! Nasty drivers and they lie about pricing… They are so rude making sure to speak in Spanish so if you aren’t Spanish you can’t tell what they are discussing… Never ever using this car service again and I’m letting everyone know they are THEWORST!

I was guaranteed a less than 20 min wait time, but I ended up waiting 30 mins for the ride and missed my flight. The driver arbitrarily charged me $ 45 for the ride, but same ride with yellow cab only costed me $ 36 from previous experience. PLEASEAVOIDATALLCOST

Great car service & they’ve been around for years. Only reason I give them 4 stars is because when you call they put you on hold for being so busy. They have nice looking cars always smell good & are polite. Never had a problem with them.
