Pronto Pizza

Yea, its a pizza place, I know. But look how utterly sad this $ 4.25 cent piece of crustless cheesecake. What a joke. Everything else is pretty good, but this is just sad. Didn’t taste good either.

We have eaten here a few times. The tossed salad is very good and a nice size. We have also tried the pizza, bbq chicken roll, italian chicken roll, penne vodka, penne alfredo, and the chicken parm. We liked everything except the bbq chicken roll.

These guys know me by name. Enough said.
Seriously though, I’m 26 and I’ve been coming here since high school just for the Chicken Alfredo slice. I get it every time and the buffalo chicken slice. The slices are larger than normal, but so worth it. They’re also a little pricey, but again the pizza is so good. Honestly, I haven’t tried anything else at this restaurant because I am so hooked on these two slices of pizza.

Sent me antipasto without salami or provolone. I called them; they said they’d send another one. They never did. Will not call any more.

7 dollars for 1 slice of salami and 1 slice of cheese, scratching of he list of places I order from, what a rip off and disgrace and it’s also low grade prison salami on a hero.

Not going to lie but their pizza is pretty good especially their specialty slices. If I’m nearby I always come here. My favorite is definitely the chicken Alfredo slice. The low rating comes from recent experience of when I ordered from grub hub. I ordered a pie and 6 piece chicken wings. The pizza was great but when I got to the wings there were only 4 pieces. I’m not trying to make a big deal out of it but it bothered me because it’s a cheap move. It happened to my at a different restaurant where they shorted us and I understand the mindset behind this action where you would think the customer wouldn’t bother with this issue… cheap move.

Kudos to you pronto pizza, it was great and fast. The delivery guy was nice. I will order again. The Oreo cake is wonderful.

My sister gushed about the buffalo chicken pizza so we decided to order it with the penne vodka pizza to try. It really comes down to preference. For me, I like really thin NY slice and this was just not it.
— Buffalo chicken pizza — very generous with the chicken pieces and sauce. Tangy but the ranch cut through the spiciness and I thought it worked well. However the crust was a little too thick for my liking. Makes sense to have it this thick as it holds a lot of toppings but I wasn’t a fan.
— Penne vodka pizza — it’s exactly what it sounds like. Similar crust like the one above but topped with pasta, chicken and tomato sauce. Very carb heavy and that’s fine if I were running a marathon. This was also a little blander than the buffalo pizza. I probably wouldn’t get this again.
Overall, happy this place does deliver to us but will probably stick with the regular pizza pies moving forward.

Best pizza shop in town… I go here on the regular. Love this place they have been around for years and they hire local neighborhood people to work there which is a plus to the community… I know what I’m talking about when it comes to Italian food if you’re looking for great food come here

Although this is a small pizza shop, the pizza here is pretty delicious.
I always get a plain slice or pepperoni slice. My BF gets their chicken Alfredo and the calzones. He says that their calzones are cheesy-​goodness. Yum!

Average pizza and Italian food. Friendly staff. Large dining room comfortable seating.

Never really ordered from them much recently changed my mind great delivery speed pizza was still hot and the best penne vodka slice I’ve had in forever would def always recommend. ALSO food isn’t greasy like most local pizza joints

I’m going to be honest the reason they are my default pizzeria to order from is because they are very close to me. However, their food is good and their customer service is excellent which is why I keep coming back. I was surprised to find out that they even deliver to my boyfriend’s house because he’s far-​ish from here. My favorites are the square slice, buffalo chicken, eggplant roll and if I’m craving pasta their penne vodka or fettuccine alfredo is really yummy. They are very generous with their portions, my boyfriend and I shared a penne vodka with chicken for dinner and we still couldn’t finish it. Their delivery isn’t always the quickest, at one point we started looking out onto the street to see where he was and we called to check our order to see if it was coming. There was a bit of a wait but she told us it’d be there soon, we were a bit skeptical because of how long it had been. But, our food did show up once I hung up, my boyfriend looked out onto the street and noticed the same jeep had drove by earlier, he probably was lost. But, they were very nice about it.
The manager here is very friendly. One time we ordered a pie and my boyfriend’s slice was burnt half way through and when we showed him he gave us a new slice right away with no complaints so they really do care about their customers. I will continue to order from here as their food is great and so are their attitudes.

Apparently «vegetable wrap» means extremely greasy veggies, and breaded, fried eggplant. Skip if you’re health aware.

Pronto is our go-​to for delivery when we’re not sure what we want or if my husband and I can’t agree on something. The food is average but they have a bit of everything. The pizza, wraps, sandwiches, and rolls/​stromboli are all decent. I did, however, try the fettuccine alfredo with chicken last night and it was absolutely disgusting. The sauce just tasted like curdled milk with very little cheese. My husband’s gotten other pasta from here and it was fine though.

I know it’s a generous review, and most places honestly don’t deserve a 5-​star rating, but I think this place does.
I’ve been coming to this pizzeria for many years now. Their staff has always been friendly to both myself and my family. My family comes here after church on Sunday’s, and they treat us very kindly.
Their pizza is awesome. I always get the bacon, chicken, and ranch or the BBQ chicken ranch. They never disappoint. its always fresh and piping hot. A specialty pizza can run for $ 4.00, which I guess is pretty average, but they’re definitely worth it.
If you’re around Marine Park and are craving some great pizza, definitely come to the corner of Nostrand and Ave. R.

We just ordered from them and they forgot part of our order, some of the items were thrown haphazardly into the bag and were crushed, the food was cold and not good. When we called about the part they forgot they said it would be right out, an hour later we called back and they said it was too busy to send it out and they hung up on us when we asked for a credit. Never ordering from here again

I ordered a dinner delivery and was happy that it arrived in about 30 minutes. The food was still warm when it arrived. All my orders arrived correctly and the delivery guy called before he rings the bell to let us know he is out front.
The food is good and the price is good. We ordered boneless wings, fries and chicken marsala.
We will order here again.

Standard local pizza spot. Nothing incredibly special about their food, but that might just be because a lot of the pizzerias in the neighborhood all have good food.
While they don’t standout, whenever I come in here I stop in for a stromboli or a square slice. Just my cup of tea. They have a nice dining room as well, which is a nice touch and upgrade over some of the other local places.

The pizza is soggy and lacks any character. I honestly think the freezer aisle would be a better choice if you desire pizza. With the amount of competition in Brooklyn and a famous name attached to it you would expect better.
With that said, the rest of the food is half decent. I highly recommend the eggplant wrap!
