I’ve been going there since I was a kid. Great prices on ORIGINAL perfumes. If they weren’t original why would they be in business 20+ years and have over 3 locations… Hmmmmmmmm

I will keep coming back here. I don’t agree with the bad reviews. I know perfumes well and every purchase I had made here it is the real deal. Plus people in a store front cannot sell fakes or else it would be shut down. The bottles are cheaper than you would find in department stores and their selection is huge. They don’t carry every scent but they do have a wide selection. They also offer free gift wrapping.

Stay away from this store. Im a perfume user and I am always serious about my money. I decided to give this store a try to see if they have the fragrance I want. They actually do. The one I bought was bvlgari. When i first sprayed it what threw me off was how there was a strong alcohol smell. Also the design of the bottle was off and the wrapping on the bottom was lose. Another thing was the box was off cuz it wasnt sleek and smooth had a line. I don’t work and what I’m mad about is that I lost $ 70 cause of this store. With this lesson I learned a lesson always check out the design of the box and the fragrance first to see if its real or fake. Compared to macys. The perfume I bought didnt last very long. So conclusion perfume is a fake

I don’t have a good sense of smell. Its not my strongest faculty. Nevertheless, I personally have never had a problem with anything I’ve bought here – honestly, I’d have no idea how to discern a fake or watered-down cologne – and so I can’t either confirm or deny the other Unilocal reviews. But I shop here regularly because the selection is decent; and everything is usually cut-and-dried. In and out, over-and-done, 1−2−3. Its not fancy or slick; I admit. But what i like about this store is that it is convenient. Prices seem standard to anywhere else I’ve ever bought. The store is Indian-operated, the dayanna mom and her two daughters. I sorta wish that as a frequent customer there’d be some sort of deal or discount considering how much cologne I buy here but eh. it is what it is. I’m sure their property rent is sky-high for such a prime location. The mom is understandably strict, watches over every transaction. I like that the two daughters – obviously single – obviously miserable – seem like they’re waiting for Prince Charming to come sweeping in through the door and whisk them away to a life of ease and comfort. Its like a little bit of Bollywood drama, coming in here. Kinda nice to have them wait on you. So my previous review must have been written when I was in an extremely bad mood. I’m revising it –and upping two stars – because there’s really nothing wrong with this store. It’s proven itself to me over time. They sell cologne to make money, that’s the name of the game here. It’s a cut-throat business, and I’m sure a lot of corners are probably cut somewhere. Maybe I keep my eyes open a little bit more when I’m purchasing cologne – sure, I’m not a sucker – but i don’t think this store has any deliberate policy to cheat anybody. Just deal with it.

I’ve been buying perfume from here for years. I really don’t question the authenticity of their perfumes. They are pretty legit and last for a long time, unlike fakes. However, the last time I went in there — I had asked my sister to buy me a bottle of «Dior Addict,» because I was so busy at work and didn’t have time to buy it myself. Mistakenly, she bought the smaller size. I returned to the store with the perfume, unopened and the receipt of course. All I wanted to do was exchange the bottle for a larger one and pay the difference– however the owner asked her employee not to help me. I thought– ok, maybe she is almost done with her customer and would like to personally assist me, since I’ve been a customer there for years. But, she continued to ignore me– the employee wasn’t even assisting another customer– she was just cleaning the display. I waited and waited, still no one was helping me. So, I explained to the employee, that I was in a rush and it would just be a simple exchange and Im going to pay the difference in cash– so it would be quicker. She started to help me, despite her boss’ wishes. Then a customer walked in the door– the owner told her not to help me anymore and to assist the person who just walked in instead. I was horrified, this person didn’t even know what she wanted and I knew exactly what I wanted– it would have taken a minute to get me out the door! I told the owner that this was very unprofessional, and that I had been a customer there for about 10 yrs, but that i wont’ be doing business with her again and I walked out!

My best friend swore by this place and used to leave a lot of money buying all her perfumes here… I’m talking thousands of dollars(she gave a lot of gifts). I questioned the authenticity of the perfumes that she and I bought here, but because she trusted them I trusted them. I even bought my moms Creed perfume here, which retails $ 200 in Saks. The deals are good, especially for the high end perfumes and I was confident I was getting the real deal. Now I am not going to sit here and claim that I got fakes, because the truth is that I don’t have proof, but my friend now claims to think that some of the perfumes she got were in fact fake and since she’s an expert in it and knows her bottles… I can maybe sorta believe her. That would be a shame though because I myself have left a significant amount of money here. The bottom line — buy from an authorized retailer and call it a day. Perfume, especially the really expesive kind should be bought from trustworthy places, even if it means more $$ out of your pocket.

Went to this place on Mother’s Day to get a perfume for my mum. To my utter embarrassment when my mum opened the nicely wrapped box of perfume, the bottle was totally, completely, entirely empty. As soon as I was made aware of this, I called the store and spoke to the owner who was anything but apologetic, understanding or cooperative. In fact, her tone was accusatory and nasty. After the phone conversation, she tells me to bring the bottle back to the store so she can see it. I make my way back to this store a couple of days later due to their business hours and my hours at work, etc. She looks at the bottle, and the packaging which is clearly from her store, she can see for herself that the bottle is entirely empty and the contents seemed to have blown inside the box it was packaged in & it was merely contained because of the plastic wrap around the box. Yet the woman insists on telling me that she didn’t give it to me like that, that I must have dropped it, that I broke it after I got it out of the store, etc., in so many words, insinuating I was lying. I mean, you look at the box, you can tell that the perfume must have somehow poured out or evaporated long ago because the box bears the remnants of having been wet at some point. I do not know under what conditions they stored these perfumes but this is what was sold to me. I also loved how she had totally moved where she originally had all these perfumes, which happened to be Miracle by Lancome. She had moved them from the back /lower shelf up to the very front and started pulling out all the boxes of Miracle to show me in what great shape her products are always in, apparently armed and ready for me to come in so she can try to contradict me or what have you. She was insulting and unapologetic and very rude. I mean, I never asked for my money back, I simply wanted an even exchange, that was all, very fair & reasonable. I told her I’d call my credit card and have them dispute the charge & that I would file a complaint with the BBB but I never told her I’d go ranting on Unilocal! Oh she’ll be sorry! UGH, why am I forced to give them ANY stars???
