The store manager is very impolite and had no manners at all during my visit. I asked her a question about 2 shoes while the young lady went to get my size. She didn’t answer my question but shrugged and turned her back. OMG I have never seen any salesperson like her. I spent my money elsewhere for a pair of shoes over $ 100+ and I’m very happy with the boss at Elite shoes store nearby. I normally don’t comment but I have to do it this time. We should all be treated with respect. I was treated politely at other stores. I will never come back here.

Great quality. I don’t always love everything, certain items are just not my style but for the quality the store is relatively inexpensive. I’ve purchased here quite a few times and I haven’t been disappointed once. Plus they give great discounts.

The salespeople here are friendly and do try to find something that you like, but they are trying to sell you something! The shoes are definitely expensive, but they are nice quality. My friend found a pair of really cute boots on their sale rack, and it was the last pair that they had in stock. So they did negotiate the price down to $ 50! I just wish that they were in my size too!
