Ordered delivery. Found a hair in the hummus. Found it before opening the salad package. The restaurant only credited for the salad plate, even though I could not bring myself to eat the remaining food. The lettuce on the falafel sandwich was wilted and brown. Very disspointing. Will never order from here again as there is way better Greek food to be found in the slope.

the name says Café but it is more than that. Not a huge menu but a lovely place to have an informal dinner. Nice staff and affordable food.

Always a pleasure coming here. Due to warm October weather, I was able to enjoy lunch in the Bedouin Tent by the backyard. You can never go wrong with the selections of salads. For $ 7.50, you get a choice of two amazing generous dishes. I ordered the beet salad, and the lentil and bulgur. A refreshing glass of iced mint tea to wash down all this good food. The complimentary flatbread was the best I’ve ever tasted. Excellent service and cuisine. Very affordable, considering its location in Park Slope. I’ll be back for more. ..

This evening I decided to order from Olive Vine. I was REALLY craving some stuffed grape leaves and lamb. I ordered the large stuffed grape leaves and the lamb plate. To my sadness this food was somewhat bland. There’s probably someone out there in the universe that lives Brooklyn that thinks that this food is seasoned to perfection. That person is not me. The hummus was bland. The lamb was bland. EVENTHESTUFFEDGRAPELEAVESLACKEDFLAVORING. I will say that the customer service here is A+. The gentleman on the phone helped guide me through their menu. Sadly, it was all for naught. My recommendation, if you’re craving authentic Greek packed with jaw rocking, table shaking flavors, GO elsewhere. 5 stars customer service 2 stars food

Ordered a large tabouleh for $ 7 and a large olive vine salad for $ 8. Two small containers arrived. When I called I was told that this is what they give for $ 8. Absurd price for a tiny salad. I will never order from here again. A rip off.

BYOB, Leg of Lamb Sandwich, outdoor garden, lentil soup, garden salad. The mini cheese pizza is the cheesiest in Park Slope. Pizza sauce needs a booster, but don’t let that stop you. The kids will love you. Need I say more? Oh! Cheap!

There is no better Medditerenjan place than Olive Vine. The food and service is incredible. It’s not a fancy place but the dining sure is.

This place is amazing! Come here if you want to be greeted by friendly staff at a family run restaurant. Experience the back deck that has the design of being in a Bedouin tent. Plus, it’s byob so that’s always nice saving on alcohol purchases. The food is incredible, you can’t go wrong with anything. Falafel, kebabs, gyros, awesome salads. You can’t go wrong here. Best of all, it’s affordable! That of course is hard to find here.

This is going to be straightforward and to the point because there’s not much to explain. I love Olive Vine. If you like fresh and tasty Middle Eastern food, you probably will, too. I used to go to their old south slope location, but I didn’t realize they had moved. This location has a charming and quiet backyard shaded by a large mulberry tree. It’s nothing fancy, but the food is good. My favorite items are the baba ghanoush and the green pizza, but the various meze are all pretty good, too. A meze platter and a pizza is just about a perfect amount of food to share. Did I mention it’s BYOB? When brunch in the neighborhood feels like too much of a ripoff, Olive Vine is there.

Olive Vine Café is just great. Food is extremely fresh, consistent. Love the lentil soup, babaganouj, chicken platter/sandwich, pita, merguez. It’s all good. The chicken is stupidly juicy, the babag addictive, soft puffy pita, great olives in the salad. I stop by usually on Sundays during my lunch break, and the service is so warm and helpful! If i’m in a hurry to finish, she is so nice and offers to put my leftovers away and to keep them until I come back. And i do! Love this place. three cheers &5 stars for Olive Vine Café!

Since I moved away from one of my fave take out spots(Black Iris), I’ve been looking for a replacement spot. I think I’ve found it. I initially tried to find out if Black Iris delivered to my new area, but they referred me to Olive Vine Café. Their mixed salad platter is solid. When I want something light and refreshing, this is my go-to place.

Awesome spot in Brooklyn. Great food-fresh. Veggie friendly(get the combo plate). Bread is delicious fresh and hot. Major plus. Backyard is amazing on a balmy eve. The only thing-do not get takeout here. It’s not consistent w/restaurant quality at all. Great staff-perfect for groups.

Olive Vine has great tasting, affordable food and excellent customer service. They have the freshest falafel that I have had in the Park Slope neighborhood. You can get a falafel platter with 4 falafel, pita, salad and a side like hummus for $ 8 — and all of it is fresh, homemade and delicious. Re: customer service — I ordered pick-up one night and was short a couple of $. They don’t take cards and their ATM wasn’t working that night. The man at the front said it was fine and let me go — even when I asked him«are you sure» 100 times. Another time, I ordered delivery at 9:55 pm on Seamless and then noticed on their profile that they close at 10:00 pm. I called them and said I would be fine with cancelling the order, but again they said, «we’ll do it». They are very nice, smart business people who serve really good food. Check them out!

Since discovering this small hole in the wall place, I have been back many times. The service is great. I’ve had the same waitress each time, and she is really friendly and helpful. The food is awesome. Everything we’ve ordered has been fantastic. The fresh homemade pita bread is perfect. The hummus and the beet salad are really good. I highly recommend this place. Cash only.

The outside looks like a small hole in the wall restaurant but you walk in to the rear to find a mini oasis outdoor seating area. This place is no frills with excellent food. Their pita bread was fluffy and had great flavor. We kept asking them to bring us more. The hummus was spot on. We should’ve ordered the bigger portion. Oh well. The loomi was something that I’ve never heard of but I’m really glad I ordered it. Slightly sour, not too sweet, it was nice and refreshing on the mild day out in Brooklyn. The more you drink it, the better it tastes. For my main I got the chicken kebab sandwich. A big sandwich full of chicken, lettuce, sauce, etc. Really good. I was very stuffed by the time lunch was over.

Came here for a private party. Idk the names of what I ate, but everything was tasty(despite what my intestines may tell you) Its small, quaint, and a fine establishment to bring our favorite bottle of wine, converse with friends, and munch on food well into the evening
