NY Mattress Outlet

This is my first Unilocal Review — I never take time to review companies yet this company deserves all the praise.
Being a New Yorker it’s important to always expect the worse. Every time I contact a company I expect them to show up hours or sometimes even days after they planned — I expect rude service or I expect a massive language barrier. NY Mattress Outlet was more reliable than a long term boyfriend.
Not only are their prices WAY better than IKEA, the second I put my order down, I called them and they gave me a delivery time frame of 4−7pm. At exactly 3pm they contacted me to say they were on their way and they arrived precisely at 4pm. I was greeted by two very friendly gentlemen who had the mattress in my 3^rd floor apartment in less than 15 minutes. I literally thought I was dreaming. If you get a mattress don’t you dare waste your precious time anywhere else — this company is the greatest!
