I only had a few bites of my girlfriends food, but the tofu and veggies with white rice was at least on par with other Chinese places, washed down well with a coke.

Ordered general tso’s chicken was fabulous. Was delivered within 20 minutes and was hot and fresh. Definitely a redo when staying in Brooklyn.

Typical American Chinese(fast) food. In recent years, I have become weary of gross Chinese-food places after some bad experiences and this place passes my ocular patdown test. It’s nothing special though. I order from here because everyone that works there is incredibly friendly, it’s cheap, fresh ingredients and it’s convenient. It’s also open pretty late, and in horrible snowy conditions, which is a plus in a neighborhood that closes early and shutdowns at the first sight of snow(except the bars, they never close).

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. I have a hard time resisting the urge to buy an egg roll(or three) anytime I get off the R, I absolutely love them. They also deliver pretty quickly, which is always great.

It’s been a long time coming– this is a quality Chinese take out joint(it is all relative). Quick delivery, great boneless ribs and will to modify menu to meet the clients needs. Only downside, if ordering by phone make sure to specify size otherwise you will must certainly get the larger portions(profit optimization, I suppose).

This is a typical Chinese food spot but has a larger menu than it’s neighboring competition. The delivery is speedy and the service is friendly. They usually throw in a few free sodas when the order is over $ 10.

I eat here so much I’m practically made from their sesame chicken and pork noodles. Really super-friendly staff, cheap prices, fast, delicious. Seriously the best chinese in the area. Also, they are open till 11pm, which is awesome. Recommended: Singapore Noodles(seriously… in one dish you have chicken, pork, and the GOOD shrimp – not the gross tiny ones), Pork lo mein(dirt cheap!), sesame chicken, general taos chicken, honey chicken.

Like a minute from the subway(and across metered parking), my mom and I hopped into Mid China for a late lunch. I don’t know when this was first submitted, but it seems as though they’ve dropped the«New» part(after perusing the menu). Unless you know. it’s like the«new KTU». It was about 1PM and there was nobody in the place. It’s a small joint. About 3 tables with two chairs each, although the window ledge is wide enough to sit on, so I’d say two 4 seaters and one 2 seater? The woman taking the order was friendly. Seemed like her and the cook and later on a delivery boy were the normal crew. We placed an order to eat there and it came out in less than 10 minutes. A couple of people came in while we were waiting… sounded like they were regulars, which is always a good sign. My mom and I both got combo plates(comes with an egg roll and fried rice). I went for some sesame chicken and she got shrimp with broccoli. My mom asked for a soda and the woman said she could switch out the egg roll that comes with the combo if she wanted. Cool. The regulars that came in also had some substitutions which the cashier handled well and without heavy sighing. The sesame chicken had more of a sweet and sour chicken consistency. It was good, just not as crispy as I like. The rice was a tad dry, but I handled it by doing some sauce smothering. Mom’s broccoli was a tad soggy and the shrimp was jumbo but just okay. I did like the sauce they put on it though. For what it is? 3.5 stars. It’s standard take out fare. no culinary masterpieces here.
