They are the worst! Especially the receptionist, they tell you your appointment is this day. When you reach you find out it was never in the system and depends on which doctor you get they tell you no make another appointment cause they don’t wanna see you as no walk in.

I mean… i like supporting local businesses but never wanted to make a review but today is the last straw… I’ve been coming since i was 17yrs old and yet nothing have change I’ve made an appointment to see my Obgyn at 1:15pm cause i came in at12:45pm thinking i would be seen even their wasn’t that many people waiting in the waiting room and yet as im writing this review im still not being seeing yet and its 2:20pm.For yrs its always been like this, meaning you make appointments and you don’t get to see your doctor til hrs later… like wtf? Don’t they have those sheets to write and say how was my services cause i know the managers or the assistant manager or whoever operate this facility have people complaining about their services and yet it’s not that some are busy its just you can see all the workers are here to chat more, work less, and make you wait more. i mean from calling them its takes a while for them to pick up the phone just to set the appointment and when you finally get here its another wait!!! Don’t get me wrong some here have nice attitude but the nice attitude can only go so long when you’ve been waiting for n 1hr30mns just to see your doctor… Yall need to do better. I love them but please fix this cause i know it will help y’all much better xoxos

So I made the mistake of picking a doctor, who happened to be at this location, from my insurance’s list of approved healthcare providers. When I originally made the appointment, I had to call back to ask for the location because the lady hung up on me. I should’ve taken that as a sign, cancelled and found another doctor. When I walked in the hospital it was very creepy clinic looking. I filled out the paperwork and waiting for about 45 minutes to an hour. Good thing I set that appointment, I might’ve had to wait long. When I finally got in to see the doctor, she spent the majority of her time trying to convince me I needed a new birth control and by majority I mean all but 5 minutes of the entire 30 minute visit. I always appreciate and usually want the opinion of my doctors, but don’t try to sell me on something because it’s what you would or want to do yourself. After she couldn’t convince me, she wrote the items down and sent them home for me to «do some research.» I have never gotten homework at a doctor’s office. She also sent me home with a prescription for only one month of refills. I guess to make she could keep track(control) if I chose to continue my regular medicine. I was supposed to have a follow up bone density appointment, which the nurse was going to call me to tell me the date. I’m still waiting on the call– it’s been over a month. Needless to say, I need to find a doctor.
