I love this place! I have been coming here for over 5 years. At 17, I started coming to get birth control. I didn’t know much about birth control or safe sex. They immediately educated me and gave me tons of free condoms and lube. They also stressed the importance of getting tested regularly. I went there every 3 months until I went away for college to get depo shots and get tested. 4 years later, I returned to get my paragard IUD. It was not pleasant but the doctor explained everything to me as she was doing it. Some of the receptionist always seem like they didn’t want to be bothered but there are a few who are kind and friendly. Whenever I came with an appointment, the wait was no longer than 15 minutes. I came once without an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Not to bad since I didn’t have an appointment. I appreciated that at the age of 17, they would send a depo reminders as party invites to let me know it was time to make another appointment. They definitely understand privacy. All in all, they are great! The only negative is how unfriendly some of the receptionists can be.

I should have believed what the previous reviewer said about this place. They are very bad. I definitely agree, but I disagree that the place is clean. I saw spit on the floor of «my therapist“‘s office. It is not worth it to come here. The Caucasian therapist I had was very bad! Why should I work with a white supremacist!!!

No matter how early you get there, you’ll be waiting on something, which is a given in a doctor’s office, so no huge deal. No matter what time of day, the ladies are always cranky, so walk in with your best smile and see if that loosens them up a bit. Phone etiquette is so frustrating; prepare to get the feeling that you’re ruining someone’s day by forcing them to do their job. The facility itself is fine, clean and bright. I’ve had to reschedule an appointment twice because they ran out of a test that would determine my ailment– and still had to pay the copay! Why do I keep going back? Thanks a lot BCBS of PR! There are maybe 5 healthcare providers that accept it. Just sayin
