Okay, convenience plays a big role in why I go here so often but I can’t say anything bad about this place. They make their own bagels! They’re not like most other places that buy their bagels from Costco and resells them for triple the price. If you sit in the eat in area and peak through the glass they have separating the eating area and the kitchen, you could see all their baked goods! Their cream cheese variety is solid. ask them for recommendations; all the ones I’ve tried so far have been delicious. My favorite is their ham and cheese on a croissant. I’m actually craving one right now :(

This is one of my favorite bagel places I have ever tried. I work down the block so I come here often. The coffee is really good. For lunch I’ve tried almost all of their wraps and I have yet to be disappointed On the weekdays they have mini bagels which I love! My go to is a whole wheat bagel scooped out with cream cheese lox and lettuce. I also love their scallion cream cheese which they make by themselves. The staff is really nice and even when there is a line, it moves quick. I have no complaints about this place!

Came here at 5:30 when they first open. Got 2 eggs and cheese on an everything bagel. Also had to get a piece of their crumb cake because it was calling my name. The bagel was fresh and the sandwich itself was good. The crumb cake was really yummy. I’d come here again if I’m in the neighborhood.

Legit bagels. Cream cheese flavors are so fresh. I walk an extra 10 minutes from my nearest bagel place because la bagel delight is so much better

I was on a bagel crawl before heading back to Nevada(which translates into«land where bagels = round bread»), and was up the road at Bagel Hole. We wanted to check some other places and the reviews looked positive, so we rolled down here, too. I’m so glad we did. The bagels are awesome! Soft, HUGE(almost 2x the size of Bagel Hole) and tasty as heck. They were the same price, too. We got a dozen to pack home(most of which made it), and grabbed a lox spectacular to split later in our hotel room. That made us sad … because while bagels pack, ship and freeze easily, lox and cream cheese do not, and after eating it, we both sorely wanted more for the road. Treasure your bagels, people. There really is nothing quite like a NYC bagel.

I usually get a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel or a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese here and they never dissapoint! With a large crew behind the counter orders are taken care of quickly but with care. Since there are so many workers the line moves faster and you can be assured that the one who services you get’s your order right. The cream cheese is wonderful and even though it’s so much, I love that I don’t end up with a lack of it. They have a nice restroom that is always clean and I like how I can just use it and then order without having to order first. The food is great, the service is great and there’s a good amount of seating. What not to like?

I’ve been to countless bagel shops all over New York. La Bagel Delight in Park Slope is my favorite, period. The bagels are really soft and delicious and get perfectly crispy when they toast them. They have a huge menu on the wall behind the counter, but the guys working there will make you any kind of sandwich or bagel creation you can think of, sometimes they will tell bewildered customers that too, very excellent service. They have tremendous breakfast bagel sandwiches which is usually what I get, and also cream cheese selection. Their coffee is always hot and really good too. I always make a point to stop there when I’m walking to the park, and always go either Saturday or Sunday’s in the late morning to get a coffee and a bagel. It’s busy on the weekend, but worth it.

One of the few places in NYC where you can get a good porkroll sandwich. But make sure to call it Taylor Ham or they won’t know what you’re talking about.

La bagel is way better than terrace bagel. I’m not sure if it’s cheaper, or I don’t mind paying the same because the food is good here. They have so much to choose from, the salad bar is great, the bagels are amazing, and I love the bacon and egg. The downside is it gets pricey but I love this place.

About 6 bucks for a bacon egg and cheese is definitely not cheap, but the bagels are delicious, the coffee really good, service excellent, and the place very clean.

Great breakfast spot. Very good variety. You can get almost any type of cream cheese and badge combo you want. The bagels are always fresh and tasty. The coffee has been hit or miss in the past but delicious lately. I don’t know if it’s the milk to coffee ratio or they changed the blend. Try the oatmeal too. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They ship authentic New York bagels anywhere you want.

Great values, mediocre food. I ordered an omelette platter, which included toast and hashbrowns. The omelette was small and dry. The toast was dry and crusty. The hashbrowns were quite small, and exceptionally dry. Everything was cooked too long and without enough oil. Price($ 8.75) is low for the serving size. The guy who helped me was real attentive and helped me get exactly what I wanted. They’ve got a decent amount of seating toward the back. They donate extensively to local schools, as you can see from their posted letters in the back.

If you’re wondering how great the service is: I went in today without my glasses and was squinting to read the board. The guy behind the counter offered to READTHEENTIREBOARDTOME if I needed it. So yeah, five stars for service. But also I’ve been getting a whole wheat everything toasted with scallion cream cheese for years now and it’s still a top five bagel in NYC for me. Never tough, a tad chewy, and the schmears are all awesome(they have an avocado cilantro one!). Vegetarian and vegan options, too. Plus I think the staff must speak 70 languages among them so if you don’t speak English, don’t worry. Come get your fill.

I found the bagels to be overly fluffy but not bad. I liked the wide selection of items available at this little market but was pretty shocked at how inefficient the whole checkout system was — maybe don’t stop by if you’re in a hurry!

No better bagel in Brooklyn. I dare you to prove me wrong. Vegans, amazing tofu cream cheese right here.

Stopped after teaching and was so hungry! The staff was great and helped me decide on a delish egg, cheese, ham, on a roll with ketchup and avocado. I picked up some egg salad and whitefish salad for later. My favorite was the egg salad! Fantastic consistence and with some salt and cayenne on top it was killin! The white fish was delicious too. I would order both again. I am also looking forward to trying their sandwiches! The prices were average for the area and the quality. They also have great locally made products, i.e., Brooklyn popped corn and amazing looking baked goods. As I said I was super hungry!

Unfortunately I only visit this bagel shop when I am visiting sick family members and mostly sick grandparents through out the years. This past week my grandma was hospitalized for breathing problems so I was here every morning the whole week. I stopped by the bagel shop a few times and it pretty much held its own. Coming from Sheepshead bay Brooklyn I mostly got 2 bagel shops that I am used to but visiting an «outsider» bagel shop it surprisingly met my expectations. I stuck to basic stuff and it all was good. I even got the variety fruit rugala cookies which were pricey but even my ill grandma indulged in a few. I was super surprised. Ill definitely continue visiting but hopefully for more joyous occasions like friends giving birth or visiting friends moving into the neighborhood. I also advise that if this bagel shop is close by you to def try it out. The variety is superb! Keep reading! commenting and leaving me compliments!

This review is for the bagels only! After getting more smoked salmon than any two people should possible purchase, my mom and I stopped by this shop for a few bagels. The store is nice and clean. Make sure to head closer to the back to get in line to order. The store offers a wide selection of hot foods as well as cold salads and cold cuts. Pretty much anything you’d expect from a deli. In addition to these, when we went they had a variety of pre-packaged Italian cookies. we got sesame seed bagels. These were huge, soft, and had a great taste. Additionally, the gentleman who helped us out was super friendly. Stop by here if only for the bagels.

Not the best bagels, but a wide selection. Coffee cake here is delicious!!! If you need to pick up bagels or breakfast on a holiday, this is one of the only places that will be open(has been a lifesaver throughout the years!) Most of the males that work in this establishment always make comments to flatter female customers. I must say, it becomes extremely uncomfortable. I have had countless conversations with other customers in reference to this issue. It’s inappropriate and unprofessional.
