Might be my new favorite place to stop right before work. Their doughnuts remind me of Poland, they just happen to be covered in a thick layer of chocolate too. My tastebuds were just ready for their cappuccino. Every sip was just smooth and delightful.

Great little coffee shop that is very conveniently located for me. They carry Dough donuts which is great because they’re my favorite New York donuts. They also have a great selection of breakfast sandwiches and other lunch options as well as hot chocolate, great Brooklyn coffee, and other things as well. I wish that they had more selection of teas, however, including iced tea which would be great for the summers!

This place is very sweet. The hours are rather restrictive (they close at 3:30 PM on weekdays) but if you can make it in time it’s worth it. The cappucinos are amazing and they have Dough doughnuts which is always welcome. It’s quite quiet and although it’s small, both times I’ve been there have been seats available (granted it’s was a weekday afternoon both times). The staff is very friendly as well, very casual.

Their $ 4 Chocolate brownie cookie was as good as such a monstrosity can be, with really friendly staff in a cool space.

Best latte I’ve had in a long time. The barista suggested I try one of the new syrups they had, so I picked the masala chai. It was delicious! The atmosphere here is very quiet and light. I was able to sit and enjoy my coffee with no rush. Plus, this was a coincidence but they played a favorite album of mine while I was there! I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing experience.

Delicious latte! The breakfast burger was made with fresh bread. It is a small place but worth multiple visits.

Adorable little coffee shop which also offers some food options. The barista who helped me was INCREDIBLY and genuinely friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and it wasn’t very busy, considering the time of day. There was no cold brew available, but the barista offered to make a similar beverage for me and it was delicious. (Ended up ordering an iced Americano.) Love this spot and will return!

This is a cute neighborhood coffee place. My latte was pretty good. I like the little keys they have placed everywhere to go with their theme.

Love Key & Cup. Wonderful, friendly staff and delicious Toby’s Estate coffee. I never really spend much more time than it takes to get my coffee and run, but given the number of other options in the neighborhood you know it’s something special that there’s almost always a crowd in this tiny shop. Just wish it had later hours!

I can’t believe it took me such a long time to discover this gem. I live and work in the neighborhood and I was always complaining that I hadn’t found «my» coffeeshop. Nothing wrong with Swallow and Tazza, where I also go sometimes, but Key&Cup is the real deal.
All the staff is super nice and the espresso is strong and slightly creamy, the way I love it.
Did I mention they have Dough doughnuts?
Good drinks, good food, a welcoming decoration and warm baristas, I’m in love :)

Great staff. Very nice. They give away their treats if you stay until six pm. Only downside is that there is no bathroom. Very nice décor. Fun place to sit and eat a dough doughnut. Definitely recommend. Wifi!

This is a cute and cozy coffee place in a nice neighborhood. Space didn’t look like a problem as most of the customers took their coffee to go. They have nice tables and good music, nice place to get some work done on the go.

Super adorable shop with nice staff and an amazing breakfast sandwich! The best part is that even though the inside only has a few tables, it didn’t get crowded during my 2 hour stay. I had a great little table by the window, which was perfect for people watching.
They also have wifi! And a few books to peruse through. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the neighborhood.

Key and cup is by far my favorite coffee shop to spend time in. It’s quiet and cozy to work in or just relax to read a book or listen to music. I have mostly visited key and cup after work hours and on Saturdays. The vibe is always chill, customer service is friendly and the food is delicious!
This morning I had the pleasure to start my morning with them. The atmosphere was calm and quiet but the line was busy. The baristas knew many customers that waited in line and had friendly personal conversations with them. They also are very family friendly on accommodating children families, which is really nice to see in the city. The music was peaceful, the lighting was soft and the atmosphere was calming.
Not only do they serve Brooklyn’s delicious Toby’s Estate coffee, they serve fantastic breakfast sandwiches and amazing lunch meals. Their roast red sandwich is my favorite.
I don’t live in the neighborhood, so I have to make special trips to come. It’s always worth it and I always end up spending hours there. I wish I lived close enough to stop every morning!

This is a great addition to the neighborhood — I love Blue Bottle’s iced coffee and I know Pedlar is beloved, but closer to Atlantic, we needed a friendly, quality coffee shop.
Matthew pays attention to the details, like offering almond milk and bubbly water, without feeling fussy or precious.
I love the atmosphere and they have free wi-​fi, so I could see myself moving in for the afternoon … but there’s no bathroom, so I’ll have to settle for a shorter hangout.
