I was thoroughly impressed by the knowledge and work of Cynthia. She allowed me to bring in some products that I used on my skin regularly and gave me her honest opinion on them. I knew from our conversation she would help me in getting my skin back to how it was after some serious acne scarring. I previously booked an appointment for an OxyPeel however after checking my skin throughly she suggested a Chemical Peel (a few treatments) and some customized facials in the future. I waited to do this review to see the results after having a bad experience with Chemical Peels prior that weren’t effective. After compliments about how clear my skin is getting I definitely will be making more appointments with her! Great atmosphere and even better service!

This is my second time coming to this salon as i was recommended by my coworker. I got Marley twist done by Ms. Sherri. Aside from doing a fantastic job on my here (thats why im here again) this place is immaculate. I love that the place is well kept and the staff makes you feel welcomed. This salon has a long life customer!!!

I’ve never left a salon feeling the way I felt when I left Joire’s…like EVER.
This place was recommended to me by a college friend whom I trust. I was nervous as I was coming here to get a weave installation for a wedding. So if this was screwed, I was screwed. Thankfully, no screwing around going on here.

I HATE lace closures and I try to refrain from getting middle parts. Being the daring person that I am I decided to get a middle part lace closure. Nikki was my stylist and she just might be my best friend. Only best friends really help you to look and feel this good inside and out. My hair was so beautiful and I usually can’t get jiggy with «first day» weaves. They just never look the way you imagined. I was very pleased with the outcome that I raced home and booked my next appointment immediately.
The salon is petite, chic, and absolutely comforting. The staff is so professional beyond words. Not so much gossiping but definitely enough conversation to loosen up clients and build unforgettable memories here.
I’ll keep coming back for more.

What a Beautiful Spa and Studio.
Went to Joire spa for the first time during spa week. My best friend and I took advance of the spa week specials going on at the time. From the minute you walk in you are greeted with such a warm smile not to mention the décor of the place… very chic and comfortable.
Our massages were amazing. ceecee did an amazing job, i think by far one of the best massages I have ever had in a longgggggg time. She took her time and forcused on all the areas that I asked… lets just say her hands felt like HEAVEN. After having such a long week and having 3 kids at home… Ending my weekend with this massage was the best thing ever.
I am looking forward to visiting this spa again to get another massage, trying out the lashes and also to do my hair… I want the works next time around.
I truly appreciate this place beause it is so hard to find a salon that you feel comfortable at where it is not too loud, crowed and overwhelming.

So today I got a massage and OMG ORGASMIC! It’s been over 3 hours and I’m still in awe at how amazing her hands are. It’s like I still feel her hands on my back! AND THIS WAS JUST FOR 15 MINS! Her hands are needed in the draw in your nightstand next to your bed AMAZING CECE!

CeCe you’re a blessing. Best massage I’ve ever had and I’ll definitely be back. You paid attention to all my problem areas and I felt like I was on a cloud. Sorry for the snores. Lol
The his place is overall beautiful. Classy, clean beautiful staff and it’s worth every penny.

First time at the spa love it. The girl do a weave people were saying its a waiting list she was super nice & inviting very upscale spa in brooklyn love it. But they have lash extensions in brooklyn geisha grey better than soho spa right in Brooklyn. She did an amazing job Book asap. Dear owner you have a gem your staff & Geisha amazing love it definitely my new spa Thank you management

Let’s me just say if I could give more stars I would. I absolutely love going to the spa, the owner is amazing her salon is beautiful cute and cozy let me tell you her hands were sent from the heavens. when I went there were a couple of clients before me but she reassured me that I will be making my appointment I’ll be out in a timely fashion and sure enough I was! I love my results that I received from Nikki and I will continue to go back every month to get month or so for my install. she was the first person to ever color my hair and the the results were flawless and its great for the spring. I have the best stylist hands out in Brooklyn. book your appointment on Style seat with the owner Nikki she very talented. !!! Great Service very professional! I would recommend all my divas to visit and pale this your new favorite spa.

Made an appointment with them and it still took an hour to get my hair done waiting. Despite the bad experience with poor time management I booked another appointment to give them another try to experience poor customer service skills. When I rebooked an appointment I asked the stylist multiple times what the procedure was or what is actually done during weave tighten before I came b/​c I wasn’t sure I never had it done before. I wasn’t sure if she washed the hair or how was it actually tighten each saloon and stylist does things differently «she states «Its weave tightening as stated, that’s it. Styling is extra.» The website she’s on didn’t explain what it was either. I ended up canceling my next appointment and rebooking with a more professional stylist who was more educated to explain the steps she was doing to my hair and how to care for it. The text was rude. I wouldn’t use this stylist business again. When I told her to just cancel my appointment she said no problem. It seems as though she’s not interested in building cliental & good customer relations. She doesn’t even work Saturdays! This is NYC there are plenty of stylist who are able to do the same or better. I hope this review will open some light to areas that need to be changed so they can prosper in the future. If not others will move on as well.
