My fiancé and I recently bought our first apartment and were so overwhelmed wondering where to start. I’m so happy our first step was a meeting with Jim. Jim went above and beyond the duties of a real estate agent and patiently walked us through every step of the way.
Jim was available to connect whenever we needed him; many times later at night after regular working hours and on weekends. He made us feel confident in our decision when we were ready to make an offer because he took the time to talk us through the pros and cons from every angle. Having someone with so much experience in our back pocket made us feel so much more comfortable.

My husband and I were ready to make a lifestyle change and sell our Brooklyn apartment to move out of state. Jim was patient and kind, explaining the market, the area and what he felt we needed to do to make the apartment sell at the highest possible price. The fact that Jim knows so many other realtors and has a great reputation truly helped. He held a realtor’s open house and then helped us to stage the apartment. He even gave us the name of a painter and cleaning service. He advertised and held two open houses, but was constantly showing the apartment during the week. After only 8 days on the market, we received an all-​cash offer of $ 200,000 over asking price. Jim was strategic and thoughtful. We highly recommend him, you won’t regret it! Thank you, Jim!

Jim was the best. Patient, knowledgeable, and tireless in his efforts to place my wife and me in our new apartment. While we had ups and downs in the long process, including finding the right place, bidding and negotiating the contract and during the drawn out process of obtaining and finalizing financing, Jim never faltered. Buying or selling property at this time in Brooklyn is a complicated and emotionally trying process. Jim was the perfect guide, level-​headed and compassionate.
