Happy Days Children’s Wear

Customer service here is horrible! I went in with my mom and sister to shop for my baby brother and my sister and I had sodas with us. Mind you the no drinks sign was not even facing the outside door when you come in, it’s facing inside out. Any who, we went downstairs to the baby section and a man literally followed us downstairs and began to scream at my sister and I about the sodas. He then made us go back upstairs and throw it out. He screamed at his employee who grabbed our bags when we first entered after. We let that one slide and went back downstairs. So we looked around and picked up a couple of things, then we noticed that the employee who was on the floor kept on staring at us as if we were going to steal something. That was our last straw. We left everything and left. Never coming back again.

I’ve been here on more than once occasion. Some items are affordable but this place can be pretty pricey. Not to mention that some clothes on the racks are dirty or torn. I probably won’t be returning here now that I’ve found Cookies.

Two stars for the collection but pathetic customer service and rude and condescending staff especially if you go in for returns or exchanges then they act like you just killed a bunny. How is this place even open?

So Happy Days has a 48 Hour exchange Policy…
My wife went to return some sweatpants that she purchased less than 18 hours ago…
My Wife: Hi I’d like to return this sweatpants.
Clerk: Why are you returning them?
Wife: Because they dont fit, they are a bit too small.
Clerk: Didnt you know that yesterday before you bought them?
Wife: Excuse me?
Clerk: Well you should know that before buying them you should know why you are returning them.
Wife: Excuse me? I just told you they are too small…
Clerk: (Calls manager over)… This is nasty…
Manager: Yea this is nasty…
We made a significant enough purchase there… We went to return some sweatpants… Now we’ll return everything, simply because we dont want them. Looks like America is good for something.
