I usually go to Lorax, which is only a few blocks away on 8th Avenue, for frozen yogurt. But they happened to be closed for the holidays, so I searched for a yogurt place nearby. Found Yofresh on Unilocal with a 15% off, so thought why not give it a try. The place looks pretty both inside and outside, makes it very appealing even before trying their froyo! They have a variety of selection with their flavors and toppings, they have the classic flavors like original, mango, pomegranate, chocolate and then there’s the seasonal flavors like cotton candy, cheesecake and etc. Their toppings are the usual kinds that you see at most yogurt shops. I also noticed that their yogurt took a lot longer to melt, compared to others I have tried. This could have easily been a five star from me if it wasn’t for the Asian lady(who seems to be the owner or manager of the store, surprisingly). I don’t really care about yogurt flavors since they pretty much taste the same to me: either tart or sweet like ice cream. If the froyo is not runny/mushy then I will like it and would most likely come back. I visited this place with a few of my cousins around 8pm on a weekend and they were all excited to try Yofresh because of their good reviews on Unilocal. But that quickly changed for us once we stepped in. I hate to be the first person to leave a somewhat negative feedback, especially since it is not about the quality of the food but the customer service. It was already pretty awkward not being greeted at all, since the place was empty when we arrived. But trust me, it got even worse when we «tried» to get our toppings. This Asian lady started to tidy up her topping station WHILE we were getting our toppings. She was basically mixing and patting down EACH of the toppings and rearranging the position of the scooping spoon. Like woman, what is the point of that? Now we have to wait for you to put back down the spoon before we can get the next toppings that we want. She could have done this while we were self serving our own yogurt. Or just wait till we are ALL done because there’s no one else besides us in the store anyway. I tried to understand why she was doing that, but there is really no reason why… the store is still open for another 2 hours.

Really. Like this place, the employees where very helpful, friendly and informative. The price is most definitely affordable and most of the fruit was freshly cut. Not a really big fan of sweets but I will alwaysgo back when the mood hits me.

First time having frozen yogurt and this location is great, I came with my daughters who are very familiar with the frozen yogurt process lol, I did not know what to do, I thought we just ordered normally, well turns out you pick your own cup, there are different selections of ice cream/yogurt then you go to the topping table and oh boy there were so many toppings to choose from then you have chocolate syrup whipped cream etc. The pricing goes by weight no matter what cup size, they also have bubble tea and smoothies P.S: the staff is super friendly and location is very clean(small but nice) Great experience

Perfect place to sit down and eat frozen yogurt on a hot July day like today. The place is very clean and cool, with plenty of seats for you and your friends to sit down and talk. The shop is decorated with vivid colors, which explains why I frequently see kids outside begging their parents to take them inside. The employees here are constantly cleaning this place to make sure it remains spotless for their customers. They have about 12 flavors of frozen yogurt, which are regularly changed(I see new flavors every time I come). You’ll definitely find something you like, whether it is the basic chocolate flavor or something exotic like the Mango Tango Sorbet(my personal favorite). They have a variety of toppings to choose from, from an assortment of fruits to gummy worms to coconut flakes. The fruit always tastes fresh unlike some other places where the fruits are sour. If you’re ever by Sunset Park, be sure to stop by here.

Nice atmosphere and ambience. Good selection of toppings. Delicious different flavors of fresh yogurt. Not too crowded. The times I been here there is always a seat. Right near the B63 bus and on the corner. Good price for yogurt.

Yay for fro-yo in my neighborhood. I LOVE this place. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They maintain a very clean store which is so important for a self serve establishment. So far, I have tried the pistachio, vanilla, chocolate & pineapple yogurts. All are delicious! Needless to say this has been my go to place for dessert this summer.

One of the best yogurt spots even though the yogurt isn’t the best ever. It’s very yummy just not ice cream like compared to some other places like Yogurtland. It’s still my favorite place because while they have small selection of flavors(where’s the chocolate?!) the ones they do have are sooo good! Toppings are great too, lots of variety and things that work with the flavors they carry. It’s obvious someone thought this out as well as what the neighborhood likes too. Spotless! I have never seen this place dirty, the music is a bit annoying but I still like this place simply because the girls who work here never have attitudes with customers and clean up often. Before you can clean your own mess up, they’re there with a rag! Cheesecake flavor is the best and most original flavor! Mix it with strawberries and chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs! Mango is really tasty on a hot day too with fresh fruits. My daughter sticks to vanilla with snow caps and sprinkles. I’m glad this place opened nearby!

SOHAPPY a good yogurt place finally opened in Sunset Park! So convenient. Now we don’t have to travel to Park Slope for Pinkberry! Yay for that! Why is this place is so WHITE though?! White floors, white chairs, white counters. Oh well. Aside from being white, it is always spotless and neat when I go. Now that is impressive for a dessert shop! 6 machines, 12 flavors, self-serve: they have not rotated flavors since opening, not sure if they will. I don’t mind it though. They have my favorite basics. The topping selection is on point. Fruits always look and taste fresh(even at the end of the night)! Staff is kind and helpful. I love checking-in to get my 15% off discount(woot-woot)! They also have loyal customer cards; when you visit regularly you get your 10th one free. Thier prices fall around 49 cents an ounce. The menu states they have smoothies and bubble tea, but let’s be honest, who goes to a yogurt place for that? I COMEHEREFORTHEFROYOBABY! ANDYOUSHOULDTOO ;)

I was pretty excited to see this place open, and finally tried it a few days ago. There’s a nice variety of flavors, and the self-serve style allows you to pick as many as you want. Perfect for an indecisive person like me. I got coffee, cookies and cream, and cake batter. There is also a nice selection of toppings, from cookie dough, to candy, to fresh fruit.

I was greeted before I even crossed the threshold. This place is CLEAN! All of the stafg were friendly and efficient. When I took some time to make up my mind, the young man behind the counter offered to explain each flavor if necessary. I had the coconut with veryyyy fresh fruit! And also the cappuccino woth brownie bits. I’ll be BACK!
