GVS General Vision

All issues have been ironed out professionally. Loving my new glasses. I have a lot of respect for a company that can resolve the issue and make the customers feel whole.

I went here with my grandmother which was a huge mistake! My appt was for 4:00 & 4:30 and we were there until after 7, the manager was yelling at one of the employees threatening him so inappropriately & the Dr was so frustrated with being there so late that when my grandmother was doing her exam she asked her to Hurry up through her vision exam. They told us the glasses would be done on Tuesday which was 4 days after our exam, 2 weeks later & we still never got a call that they were ready and when I called twice I never got a call back as promised. To top it off when I did go to pick up the glasses they made me wait an hour for the copy of the prescription and the employee who we had to go to pick up the glasses was mumbling how he needs a drink «he’s gunna drink himself sober» & how he dosent wanna come in to work, & all his wild alcoholic stories from his trip to New Orleans in a office filled with patients and their kids… He’s also the employee who wrote the wrong name wrong & didn’t fill out my prescription the right way!!! The only nice thing I have to say about this place is that it was clean & the receptionist was very polite. GVS lost 2 customers & my grandmother has to get another exam done elsewhere!!! Never coming here again!!! No professionalism at all!!!
