Farmigo

I’ve been ordering food with Farmigo for nearly a year now and it’s absolutely the best way for me to get the kind of fresh, local, sustainably-​produced food I want to eat. I would love to go to farmer’s markets all the time, but I’m usually pretty busy on Saturdays or in the middle of the week, so swinging by my pickup spot (which is only 4 blocks away from my house at a neighborhood wellness center) on my way home from work is super easy. There are no delivery fees, no minimums, no subscriptions, and if anything is ever not up to snuff, the amazing customer support team will fix the issue, no questions asked. Yes, it’s a bit pricier than some mass grocery stores, but if you’re used to going to places like Whole Foods, Union Market, or even sometimes Fairway, the quality you’ll find at Farmigo is on par if not better, and the sourcing is so much more trustworthy. If you want to know where your food is coming from and who’s making it AND you care about it being super fresh and super delicious, you should absolutely try out Farmigo! We’re so happy we found it.

I’m not rating this specific location but for Farmigo as a whole.
1. Too over priced for items with no label, no FDA or organic certificate.
2. The organization is like multiple level marketing, very fishy. Poor notification system, no customer service, not even a reliable phone number to call when things happened. Pick up locations are all inconvenient for public transportation.
3. There are trader joes, whole foods, and fresh direct. I don’t understand why people will bother with this high price, low quality products, no delivery service.

love love love farmigo and everything about it! Love that I get to order fresh, local produce. I love that I get to support local businesses and farmers. I love that my groceries are delivered to my work of place, since it is the ‘drop off’ location. how convenient?! the customer service is second to none. The quality is pretty much always consistent and if its not, they are happy to refund you, no questions asked. there are some food offered via Farmigo that I never even heard of before. Watermelon radishes are all the rage now and I am happy I was able to try them first via Farmigo.
Highly recommend this service and all of its wonderful, endless perks and benefits.
