Ezra Medical Center

I went here today and was pleasantly surprised by how much less stressful the ordeal was. No one enjoys Drs visits but this one was a very quick and less painful experience. The receptionist was quick and friendly when I made my appointment the day before and had me set up within minutes of walking though the front doors. I was seen before my scheduled appointment time and was out in less than an hour. The place is very relaxed and clean also.

My whole family, from my grandchildren up to my parents, use the doctors at Ezra Medical. There are many doctors so it is easy to find the one you like. I love how they are on time for appointments. Dr. Teitelbaum, the medical director, is a great doctor.

C p. I am sorry you had a bad experience at Ezra though it is mean to single people out. I am not Jewish and they give me and me niece excellent care. My niece sees doctor petty all the time and she is the sweetest doctor. Ezra is a great clinic and sometimes they are busy. You probably caught her on a busy day. But I would say adult or child Ezra is a great clinic.

This place doesn’t even deserve to have a half of a star as a rating. I can’t describe how disgusting the people in this facility are. The pediatricians have no respect whatsoever. The male pediatrician won’t even make eye contact when he addressed me when speaking about my child. A culture thing? Well maybe put your culture aside when you are in a professional office setting. The female pediatrician– Sandra Petty seemed like she didn’t want to be there and didn’t want to be bothered. She seemed like I was bothering her when I had some questions about my child’s health and immunization status. Was I treated this way because I wasn’t one of their own. I don’t know. Perhaps. But that disgusts me and really offends me to be treated this way. No wonder there is so much turn over in that place. Their employees are constantly getting fired or leaving and new people are constantly coming in. I highly discourage anyone going to this place. Especially for pediatric services!!!
