Making a simple appointment was a total nightmare — it took good 20 minutes to actually speak with a live person. During my conversation, the nice lady puts me on hold — 3 minutes later a Chinese sounding guy picks up, I asked to be placed back on hold so I can finish making my appointment — he transfers me to sonogram — I ask the sonogram person to please send me back — I have to go through the entire automatic bs again just to be stuck with the same guy, who now REFUSES to make my appointment. Staff needs to be trained how to properly handle this volume of phone calls. Customer service training and protocol for the Chinese sounding man, who comes up with his own ‘procedures’ necessary to make appointments — unheard-of! Not to mention, it is very difficult to understand what he is saying. My advise — make your appointment in person or ask for Tashia,(that’s what I will be doing from now on.) Tashia — the nice lady — was super accommodating and professional. She called me back with different options for my appointment. On the day of the appointment — everything was smooth and pleasant — Doctors were extremely professional and caring. I knew, I was in the right place.

I have a appointment, and I come in on time. I wad patiently waited for 30 mins and went to ask the reception. She told me I still have 3 patient infront of me. I told I have appointment and waited for 30mins… she was like we are back up. And this is how ultrasound need to be waited. So I ask her how long do I still need to wait… she said another 30mins. This place is never back up… they dont take walk in. Is ridiculous… really bad experience every time… im glad this is the last time, I will be in this office. After another 30 mins… the reception told me I have another 4 patients ahead of me… lols…
