Was advised the food was good from a work buddy and decided to order with. I ordered a sofritos(tofu) burrito with several extras(added guac =1.50 and a blood orange and tangerine lemonade. If I could give no stars, I wouldn’t! But for the one they get automatically, I would say its to delivery. We had a large order and it felt like 30 – 40 minutes. So kudos there… For my burrito, it had NO tofu in it and instead it had an overabundance of overcooked slimy onions and peppers. The guac(which I paid extra for in addition to the tofu I never received) was extremely tangy and sour. The lemonade tasted as if alone it would be good, but the syrup they use to create flavors was sweet and artificial. It was overall a bad experience. I won’t order here again.

I used to order from here at least 3 – 4 times a week off of GrubHub. The delivery was always super fast, within half an hour. I am only a few blocks away. Then, I noticed they started charging a $ 3 delivery fee. I figured fine, they’re always fast anyway. I ordered with this new delivery fee, and the food took a whole hour to come! Like I said, I’m only a few blocks away. I stopped ordering for a few months and today I decided to order again, thinking maybe it’s gotten better. Well not only did the food still take an hour to come, but their portions have gotten even smaller. Also, I agree about the guacamole. They give so little that you even have chips left over afterwards. This place used to be good; I’m guessing they changed the management or something because it is not good anymore. Another thing to note, on their menu it says free delivery. I’m not sure if it’s only on GrubHub that there is a delivery fee or if they are falsely advertising.

The food is sloppily prepared. By the time my order arrived, it was a burrito bowl of mush. I had to remove several layers before getting to the actual beans and rice. If you like moist food and an occasional bean and rice with a pound of low quality guacamole, this is the place for you. On a positive, we ordered through seamless and the delivery was on time.

I placed an order with El Paso Mexican grill and waited almost 95 minutes for my food. I spoke to three different people Everytime I called and told them if it was going to take any longer to cancel it. I specifically wrote inside the notes I had a flight to catch and couldn’t be late for it which is at 930. I felt ignored and the guy reassured me someone was coming two blocks away yet, after the long anticipated wait for my Mexican food I decided to leave and call my über. When I walked outside to get into my über the delivery guy arrived completely unapologetic and he didn’t even have the bag ready so I was waiting once again. I then got into my über(which was now waiting) to open my bag and find out I had the wrong order with no silverware or napkins or sauce inside any bags. I think this establishment is a complete dump and I called the lady for a full refund because this was a stressful and unnecessary situation.

Mixed experience with El Passo. When I ate in the restaurant, everything went fine, and I was happy that I found a local restaurant that makes good Spanish food. The food was good and fresh, the staff was nice, and I had a good experience. Few days later I ordered deliver, and this is when things turned the wrong way: you can make the best Spanish food in Brooklyn, but when you deliver messed dish, that got spread all over the box, that you can’t even tell what it was, this is bad. They need to improve their delivery service, since they really make good Spanish food.

This is my go to spot for Mexican Food. The food is flavorful, the delivery is fast, and the delivery guy has no problem walking up to the fourth floor to bring my food which is more than I can say for majority of food service delivery. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they sometimes leave/forget certain things out of my order. Nonetheless, I will still continue to order from here.

This is my favorite burrito spot in Brooklyn. The food is always fresh and fast. Local delivery gets to you quickly(I live 5 blocks away). There nachos are also the greatest thing in the world. Chips are crisp even with delivery and the nachos are always beautifully layered. Get the pulled beef nachos. Best stuff!!!

Yaaaaaaaaas. I’ve been looking for a halfway-decent Mexican place anywhere near south Flatbush for three years, so I can’t tell you how happy I was to find this spot. We tried it out for the first time tonight. Pretty good. There’s actually FLAVOR in the food, unlike some places(Pacos Tacos). They get four stars because they confused the rice in our burritos and gave me regular beans instead of the«drunken beans» I ordered(unless these ARE the drunken beans, in which case, lame), but I can forgive them given the taste. Also, try the cactus side dish — really good!

Won’t be ordering from here again! We ordered delivery from this place via seamless — and paid $ 5.00 for an order of guacamole that was about the size of three tablespoons. Same with the pico de gallo, which we paid $ 3.50 for,(again — about 3 tablespoons worth). I called to complain and the guy who answered the phone was BEYOND rude. He clearly couldn’t have cared less and wanted to get me off of the phone as quickly as possible, instead of apologizing. Must be nice to have such a successful business to be able to basically tell your customers to F#CKOFF. Hope that attitude continues to serve them well. I’m sure the owners will retire young. Also — the food was barely passable. The steak in my salad was WAY overcooked/dry and was accompanied by a meager bit of lettuce, a tiny scoop of corn and that was about it. Big waste of money and the attitude just made it worse. Live and learn!

Ordered from this place off of seamless and it was not worth it. The food is over priced and the food looked like they didn’t even put in effort into making it. I don’t suggest ordering from this place not sure how the other items on the menu are but stay away from the tacos

I love Mexican food so I know my fair share of good Mexican food. This place never disappoints me. It’s a small place so takeouts recommended. Only downside they close early.

Do not order delivery/seamless from here. My coworkers and I made a large order, with expected delivery within 50 – 60 minutes. Only half the order arrived an hour later. When we called the restaurant to see what happened, the employee who answered gave the impression that he could care less that we paid for food and the delivered order was incomplete. He was very rude and it sounded like he found the whole ordeal comical. It was incredibly frustrating. Five calls later and about 2 ½ hours after the order, the remaining food arrived. Food was not memorable. Not worth the hassle.

Ordered delivery and it was super fast, which is always a plus. I got the chicken quesadilla, which was just the right amount of squishy and chewy, and the cheese was on point. My friend got the wet burrito and that dish, despite the amusing name, is a must-have. On Seamless, if your order’s over $ 15, you get a free bag of chips! Free brownie if it’s over $ 20.

For 2 years I thought Downstate existed in a black hole deprived of good food. Enter El Paso. Consistently great food, large portions. I’d recommend the wet burrito and their nachos. If you like spicy, I’d try their medium red chili salsa first because that has a decent kick. Their house hot sauce is straight fire. My only gripe is the absurd($ 3) delivery fee that I have to pay on top of the tip.

Stay away! You have been warned. Ok let me start of by saying I used to really like this place. But I will never order from here again. First the food is totally gross. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I waited almost two hours for the last time for my food. Mexicans spots are a dime a dozen. I will find another one with ease. They will never get my $$ again. Absolutely disgusting.

Tried them for the first time last night because the reviews were amazing on seamless. I was impressed by their options and add ons for the menu items. The delivery window is the closest to precise i’ve seen via seamless — they delivered ten minutes past the approximated delivery window started. The food was great. I really wasn’t expecting much but I was thoroughly surprised. I ordered the Spicy Sausage(chorizo) burrito bowl and an order of Barbacoa(shredded beef) tacos along with a guava, passionfruit lemonade. Coupon deal on Seamless gave me a free bag of chips and BOY was I glad that I had those chips. My burrito bowl was pretty much a mountain of deliciousness — the avocado sauce is great along with the salsa options and veggies. Their cilantro lime rice is something I’m going to attempt to make at home — it really brought everything together perfectly. I used the chips to scoop all the goodness and technically had really loaded nachos. I napped well. Meat on the tacos were tender and well seasoned and were just a great bite to eat. The taco option gave me 3(soft shell corn tortillas is what I picked) and it was pretty filling. Definitely adding this place to my rotation and will try not to order from them today again.

Seamless favorite. Delivery takes as long as they say it will, which makes sense and they have a huge zone. I’m ok with it. They have breakfast stuff all day. Their breakfast bowl with rice, beans, eggs, meat of your choice, salsa, queso fresco is incredible. The medium red salsa is so flavorful and not too salty. The delivery guy was a sweetie pie, too. I will 100% order again from here.

Small local Mexican style food, very similar to chipolet you can pick from a variety of delicious foods. The pork was tasty and spiced. Inexpensive as well.

The food here is ok — nothing special and they are actually overpriced. The staff here were just rude and impatient. I got attitude from the guy serving because I asked him to hold on for one second while I reviewed the menu(there was no one behind me in line). Then the cashier gave me major attitude bc I asked for a bigger bag to carry my to-go order home. It was so bad I just decided to not take the bag. Needless to say my lemonade spilled in the paper bag they put it in and my taco salad leaked all over the place as I tried to carry both items separately. Not sure what their deal is here but they really need customer service training. The food here isn’t that spectacular that I’d come back for it and deal with the rudeness. Find some place to order from.

The El Paso Mexican Grill has great customer service. They know their locals and treat them well. They are very kind to all customers. One bump up in stars for service. The food is maybe three stars. Are you sad about three-star Mexican food? Shut your mouth. Onto a burrito. Chew thoroughly. Swallow. Repeat. Hey, the food ain’t bad here, it just ain’t slap your mama good. I had a veggie burrito with their famous house hot sauce, and I couldn’t taste any of it! I had to douse it with my own hot sauce later. Maybe I should have conveyed that I like it hot y’all. Anyhow, I’ll definitely give em another chance to chemically singe my nerve endings and send those endorphins up to my brain because that is exactly what hot sauce does, people. Y’all who don’t eat it are existentially depressed, amirite?
