Dunkin’ Donuts & Baskin-Robbins

I stop by this DD whenever i am workin around the area. Their staff is very friendly. The space looks clean (most of the time). Food is made fresh and they wont give u a hard time to remake ur coffee to ur liking.
However, their bathroom is only for staff. Im alittle disappointed by this because they have seatings for customers to dine in. So they should have a restroom available for customers.

This maybe one of the shortest reviews I have ever written. I stopped in for an Pumpkin Spice ice coffee and turkey sausage flatbread sandwich.
The staff was friendly and provided quick service. The restaurant was clean, the iced coffee was made to my satisfaction and the sandwich was good.
Great place for breakfast, donuts, coffee, and tea at a reasonable price. I paid under $ 10.00 for a breakfast sandwich and ice coffee.

Grab me a medium light and sweet coffee and Cro/​nut. Read a lot of reviews of the staff being unfriendly but not so with me. Staff always friendly and some times lets me skip the line. They know who the BOSS is. Big up.

If you like employees with horrible ghetto attitudes who act like theyre doing YOU a favor even though YOUR paying then by all means come here. No one ever has a smile on thier face and theyre all incompetent. Not recommended.

I am inclined to rate this DD because I was served what I consider a just about perfect cup of coffee at this location. Everything about this cup was to my liking — the flavor shot, the shade which reflects the amount of cream used, the level of sweetness and there was no hint of bitterness.
The staff greeted me and thanked me once I picked up my order, all done with a grin. Yes, a grin. Sounds corny but can seem to be a huge effort when in certain locations.

The woman that made the sandwich sucked and the iced tea was horrific. Everything was horribke. The staff was ghetto and the place dirty.

I’m a case manager so I make home visits to clients and come by this way for a quick treat or bathroom break regularly. Today I asked to use the br and afterward decided to get some ice cream. Two of the workers were helping ONE lady and when i asked for help they said i needed to wait so i did. Then after finishing with the woman, the associate says, «next» and starts taking the next persons order. I said hey im next. They wanted me to order at the register but I needed to taste a flavor before deciding! Duh. Why would I be at the donut line of I wanted ice cream anyway? After going back and forth of me explaining how illogical it was she gave me my tastes and I paid then the manager comes out and I explain how she treated me like a criminal and he’s like that’s the rules. It’s pretty retarded and ruins the customer experience. We live in a world where customer service isn’t so important anymore and I get it, but this was the bare minimum. If you’re going to noin food service, please learn to be pleasant!

Pretty cool. Depending on who’s there during the night I get a discount. But too many cops hang out in there.

The only thing I ever liked from Dunkin Donuts or even tried for that matter was their half/​half coffee/​chocolate drink unfortunately this location does not serve it so I decided to try their chocolate white chai tea which was quite excellent as for their food while the chicken salad sandwich was good I strongly do not believe that it is actually worth the price based on the size of it and the croissant itself was a bit dry and too be honest did not resembled any that I’ve ever bought or even made
