Had better service when the nearest store was on Pennsylvania Ave. I am sitting here an hour and a half after my order processed was emailed to me with no food. But by 65 min the food tracker says it was delivered. The store is literally 8 min drive away if you follow Vision Zero. I can’t even get though to the store as the phone either is silent after ringing or robo-Dom encouraging me to stay on the line or order online. Don’t ever order from this location.

Absolutely the worst Dominos location I have ever orderd from. there has been multiple occasions where I have received unsatisfactory food. 1. I received the pizza with cheese stuck to the top of the box. called the store and it seemed like the female manager that had on duty did not want to exchange the crap that I was given. new delivery of fresh pie too more than 2 hours to be exchanged. 2. ordered the sandwiches and realized that there was no meat at all in them. just crap and cheese. that manager at the time stated that there was nothing he can do and that we would have to keep out order. 3. my most recent instance was last week I placed an order to be delivered to my home while I was at work. not knowing that and hour and a half passed and no pizza has been delivered to my home. called store to get an update and was automatically sent to a voice recording for 1HOUR ! without ANYONE answering the phone. left work an hour later and drove to that location to see what’s going on, to find out there online system was not working. i was never notified, called or emailed. it makes no sense to have to wait and find out that my order is not even in the works — but yet they took the payment.. so I cancelled my order. I am completely done with this place. so horrible. they either need to close down or go under new management. this place is crappy and unorganized.

This is the worst Domino Pizza store being operated in Brooklyn. My daughter ordered 2 Pizzas and it took 3 hours to get the delivery Order # 1097313. The online tracker listed the order as been delivered. After 2 ½ hours of waiting she called the store and was forced to listen to a recording advertising for over 15 minutes to no avail. She subsequently contacted customer service. Finally, after 3 hours of wait, the pizza was delivered cold and had to be microwave. This listed branch is poorly operated and needs to be closed down. Please support your local Pizzeria from now on and forget about Domino.

I blame myself for not reading Unilocal before ordering from this place. The online pizza tracker actually said that it had been delivered when it hadn’t, so I called, sat on hold for 15 mins, and then they said it was on its way. 2hrs later it still hadn’t arrived so I canceled my order. It’s disgusting to think that Dominos, a billion dollar corporation, blatantly lies to its customers through the use of that pizza tracker. It’s even more disgusting that they haven’t shut this location down after this many bad reviews. FYI to anyone else who has a bad experience — submit it to the BBB. Maybe they’ll do something about it. Sorry dominos, you’ve lost a customer for good.

Tried calling several times but everyone that works here apparently hates their life and seems to take it out on the customers. My lesson from all of this is to stick with Seamless and screw these terrible chains. Eventually their terrible service will drive them out of business. The extreme discounts they offer are canceled out by the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I have tried to give this location a chance for five years. They either send the wrong food or the right food after an hours long wait. I recently ordered food and rather than ring the doorbell they returned my order to the store because the phone number was incorrect on the order. I have ordered from this location several times and I was hung up on when I called to see why my order took almost two hours. The staff was rude and unwilling to even meet me halfway. I acknowledge that the contact number was wrong, but if you work in customer service and don’t like people that is a problem. This location is horrible in terms of customer service and service generally. Expect to be hung up on and treated rudely at this location. I will NEVER order from this place again nor will any of my friends. Save yourself the trouble and go to Papa Johns or Little Ceasar’s if you need pizza in a hurry.

I kindly order my self a pizza from my neighborhood dominos online, Store #3668 241 Rockaway Pkwy Brooklyn, NY11212. I have ordered from here countless amounts of time and this is the second time I have had a problem. The first time was when i waited 2 and a half hours for my pizza and had to walk to go get it. Today another problem occurs I order my pizza and then you call saying you cannot deliver to my home. I say that you have delivered countless time and then they say okay we’ll bring it. I’m thinking okay, Time passes and I see it been quality checking for an hour and when I call to see where my pizza is the person has the nerve to answer an hang up twice, This Domino’s employees are obviously disrespectful and I shall not order from here again. Papa John shall deliver.

If there was a selection for negative five stars… They are the absolute WORST. Unless your Dominoes craving is absolutely killing you, avoid at all costs… If you do however have to have it be ready for terrible service and the fact that they will more than likely get your order wrong(like the time they sent me a pizza with about two drops of sauce on it).

I often ordered pizza from the same domino’s branch, so this time when I saw the delivery time about 120 minutes I was sure it was a mistake. Unfortunately it wasn’t, and the pizza I got was already cold and barely enjoyable. But that wasn’t the only problem: it had half the usual amount of ham. Last time I ordered I also got a pizza without green peppers. I guess the quality check is really a joke. The delivery guy also refused to come up to my door on the second floor. Another bad joke. Don’t even try calling them: you’ll just waste more of your time. It’s New York city. I’m sure you can find food somewhere else, and believe me, anything else is better than this.

I would give them 0 stars for their customer service!!! I ordered my food 8:10pm. The driver didn’t call me until 10:02pm saying come out in 2mins. 10:06pm he called back asking was I outside. I replied NO! After waiting all this time you think ima get my hopes up and fly outside in the cold and wait for you to pull up! He’s tone of voice threw me for a loop. He talking like he was mad when I was the one waiting all these hours!!! After I told him I was coming. I realized something and called him back and told him forget the order!!! He gonna reply no problem it’s better for him! I will never order from this place again. The way they operating they should not be in business or at least hire a whole new CREW!!!

This ordeal makes me wonder if they have any loyal customers at all. At about 8:15 I placed an online order for two medium pizzas, both with two toppings, one without cheese. The tracker showed they were moving in a reasonable fashion, the pizzas arrived, and then when we amassed them, both had cheese. So of course, I called in. I waited on hold for about 10 minutes, and when they finally picked up, I began to tell the person on the phone that I had received my pizzas but one was wrong. He clearly wasn’t listening – he asked my address and told me straightaway that the driver had already left with my pizzas(as if I was calling about a late order.) I was already losing my patience. I told him sternly that he wasn’t listening to me, and that i was calling because my pizza was wrong. He then said it’d be made over and sent to me, gave me no estimate in how long it would take. No complimentary compensation, and hung up. I started to begrudgingly dig into the pizza I THOUGHT was correct. Lo and belond – there’s bacon I didn’t ask for in light sprinkles on this pizza.(A real hazard to a long-time vegetarian with a now meat-sensitive stomach.) Naturally, I called again. This time, I waited on the phone for about TWENTYONE whopping minutes before I gave up. I searched online for maybe a larger scale customer service line(didn’t exist) or a headquarters to email(link didn’t work.) There was literally no way to get a hold of someone to, I don’t know, do business properly. I then got the idea to call using a different phone. Miraculously, using a different number, they picked up with in the first few minutes. This led me to another conclusion: THEYIGNOREDMYCALLSAFTER I CALLEDTHEFIRSTTIME. It’s like they WANT their business to go under. The person I spoke to on the second phone call refused to believe there was bacon on one of my pizzas, or to send anything else out, since the first replacement pizza had already left. I received that replacement pizza about about 10:45, TWOANDHALFHOURSFROMMYFIRSTORDER’S TIME. I cannot imagine a place like this having loyal customers. It’s unfathomable. If it stands for anything – my delivery guy was decent. Stay away from this place, it was waaaaaaaaaaay more trouble than it was worth.

This store is the worst. They get EVERY order wrong. Take forever and do not even come into the building. I placed an order for cheese-less pizza for my vegan friend.(Their thin crust, and only their thin crust is vegan friendly, btw) Clearly selected no cheese for two pizzas, and they put cheese on both. I ordered wings, and got a sandwich instead. My whole order took 2 hours to come on a TUESDAY night. I made a complaint to corporate and they were very gracious and helpful. Got me a full refund within two or so days and sent me a gift card. They hoped I would try again. I told my friend that we should walk to another location since I can’t choose my delivery store, and order in person. He suggested that we try again and just order earlier on in the day to avoid having food prepared by people who are rushing to leave. Well, we ordered earlier using the gift card and they still got the order wrong. Note, I place these orders online and not with a human. This is annoying and they truly suck. Now the line is busy and has been for a half hour. I think they have it off the hook.

This is the worst dominos ever! The pizza takes over 2 hours to come, it’s never hot & the service is horrible. I live in the area and have found it only to be useful late nights when no other options are available. It’s the latest thing open. The store won’t notify you if you’ve placed order online & they’ve stopped delivering for the night. It just doesn’t come but it’s hard to tell when the expected wait time is 2+ hours on a good day. Horrible service, horrible pizza not a good representation of the brand ATALL! No stars!

DON’T ORDERFROMTHISSTORE!!! You’ve been warned. Here’s what happened: Like many people have already written, I waited an hour and a half before deciding to call the store. When I did call, I got an employee who seemed like she had better things to do than take my call. I finished half a sentence about the pizza being late before she cut me off and asked for my address. I gave her the address and she told me it would be an additional 15 – 30 minutes. I asked her to repeat that and she confirmed the 15 – 30 minute addition. She said it was because they had only one driver today(it’s a Sunday during football season…). I tried to ask another question but the rude woman hung up on me. I went straight online to the Dominos complaint site, or «Care Center» as they call it, and congratulated them on the attitude of a representative of their company. After releasing my tension, I waited the 15 – 30 minutes for my food, but I STILL didn’t receive my order. And when it came, of course it was cold. This store is a joke. This place may be the worst place to order food from in all of New York, unless you don’t plan on eating for 2+ hours after you place your order.

Pizza itself wasn’t completely awful, but it took forever to arrive and it was totally cold by the time I got it. I finally called to check on my order after waiting almost an hour and a half, and it arrived about five minutes after I called, which is weird(wondering if they just forget about me until I called up). The delivery guy also refused to come up to my door(on the second floor), which I really hate. I’d only order again if I were desperate for a late-night meal & it was the only place open … who wants to wait 1.5 hours for cold, overpriced pizza & bad service?
